The pizza all tastes the same. Kinda cardboardish without much flavor, no matter what's on it. No flavor in the soups or pasta. Nah, it's not very good, but it's where you go with the grandkids.

Without a doubt catering to families w/kids. Not everyone to include solos. One mexican lady clearing tables - but mostly just walks around in a daze. When asked to clear a table she ignores. When someone else is asked to clear the table - they...say the other mexican doesn't speak english. One visit she literally STOLE my food after i'd just paid close to ten dollars and began walking away with it. Told mgr - he said 'We train that way - when table is vacant - clean it! REALLY like she didn't see that table was taken with fresh food and personal effects on the table....maybe they make it a practice to hire deaf, dumb, and blind bussers. Wilted peppers/onion/mushrooms. Enter @ your own Risk!More

I do not frequent this place but it is a nice feast once in a while. The prices are good, the pizza is not bad and the pasta bar is very good. Deserts are great. 11AM-10PM (Closed Mondays)

Went to meet some friends as we were from out of town. Service was good. Soup was good and the pizza and pasta was fine.

I eat lunch here often, quick and inexpensive lunch,. Also like it that they have a couple of pasta options as well as salad for the same price included in the buffet, not gourmet but good.

We were here with a large group of 5th graders after Shriners Circus. The staff was very friendly and worked extremely hard to keep tables clean, plenty of food stocked and drink station filled. They did an awesome job. We will definitely go back and...recommend to others. Very good!More

It’s been about 18 months and we thought we would give it another try and we were disappointed. The prepared pizza offerings did not suit us so we asked if any Supreme would be coming. The server only spoke little english and didn’t understand our...request and made us a whole pizza. My wife tried to tell her we wanted only a couple slices but neither really understood the other much. The pizzas on the buffet weren’t very warm or tasty but we were there at 4:00 so the may been there a while. It cheap enough @$5.95 but the food just didn’t suit us.More

Had not been to a CiCi's in some time. We went on a Saturday night, right at dinner time and there was quite a line just to get in. Found seats, very good sized dining area. The staff kept the pizzas coming on the buffet...the entire time we were there. And not just the normal traditional pizzas. They had a small pasta station and a pretty decent dessert area too. The drink station was stocked and had pretty good options. Is this downtown Chicago style pizza??? No....but it was good pizza and we enjoyed our time there.More

This is a great place to catch a quick meal that will please everyone. When we can't decide where to go, we go to CiCi's because everyone can get what they want! Service is so friendly! Especially Ray! He makes you feel like family!

This is a very reasonable priced pizza buffet with an okay variety of pizza. They have salad and pasta available on the buffet. Like others have said, nothing really horrible, but really nothing special, just a typical pizza buffet place. This is a very popular...place with families with kids and groups. My problem is that we coach several young kid sports teams in the area throughout the year. It is very easy and economical to get together at CiCi's at the end of the season to celebrate and hand out awards. This year, for one of our sports, we called a manager weeks ahead of time and told them we would have a lot of people for an end of season party. We wanted to get on their calendar so we could get a block of seats together. The manager said no problem, that she would let that days manager know. The day of, a parent called and reminded that we were coming. The young person who answered the phone said she would pass the message onto a manager. We had another parent get there early to ensure we had seats together. They acted like they knew nothing about our group and did nothing to help us get the tables together. No apology, no nothing. The only thing we were told that day was "we don't guarantee we can hold tables". They never told us that when we initially called, nor the day we called to remind, nor when the first parent got there early. Otherwise, we would have went somewhere else. You would have thought they would have been happy that they were going to have all our guaranteed sales. While all the parents who arrived tried to grab tables together, other groups, who had not went to the trouble of calling ahead came in. We were unable to get enough tables together, so our group was seated all over the restaurant. The manager kept coming around looking at all the tables, not just ours, like he was trying to get people to hurry up and get out so he could get others in. We will never bring another team there for an end of season celebration again. We will find another place. They just aren't the same anymore. In all years past, they have really helped us and acted like they were happy we brought our groups there. Bobby, the manager this day, just seemed more concerned about running people in and out. In the past, another manager, Raymond, had the tables already put together and marked as reserved. Raymond must not be there anymore which is a shame, he was awesome.More
