Glad I searched for a local establishment while rolling through town... had the Denver omelet and added chorizo... great call... also the banana pancakes with peanut butter were out of this world....all of this with Maria's attentiveness made our trip to Ginger Sues extremely memorable. ...highly recommend a stop in!

My family tried the chicken fried steak, chocolate chip pancakes, and the Don't Be Crabby Omelette. Everything was yummy, but I wish the Omelette had some kind of sauce with it. Also, the bathroom smelled pretty urine heavy!

Best eggs Benedict ever. Although anything you can get is amazing. Their pancakes are one of a kind and huge.

Went here had the salmon entree $14 . It was very good the potatoes were excellent. Not crowded when I was there but I understand it does get crowded. The breakfast menu looked outstanding, limited lunch choices I thought but still plenty of options. Service very good

While the center of downtown Liberty may have some closed streets due to road work, it is worth a little effort to get to Ginger Sue's for breakfast or lunch. Or both! We stopped in the early afternoon and had no difficulty finding parking just a block away from the restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic.... More

I had company from out of town visiting and they actually discovered Ginger Sue's and introduced me to the restaurant. Omg the food is great at a very decent price. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and at times have a waiting list but are well worth the wait. The atmosphere is pleasant and fits in with the... More

Our favorite breakfast place is a great place for lunch too. I got the pork tenderloin, wife got fish and chips, then we shared. Both were fantastic. Did not leave hungry, that's for sure.

Ginger Sue's in liberty has a great breakfast menu with a few twists. I like the Cajun sausage in the several of the egg options and there is a crab Benedict that's delish. Staff is friendly and efficient. We have been about a half dozen times and never been disappointed.

The hubs and I were visiting family in Liberty. We were at Ginger Sue's on back to back days. The first day we had lunch and the second breakfast. The breakfast was definitely the better option. Kids had great choices as did the adults. There was also plenty of coffee to go around. There's something about the bacon that makes... More
