Best eggs Benedict ever. Although anything you can get is amazing. Their pancakes are one of a kind and huge.

Went here had the salmon entree $14 . It was very good the potatoes were excellent. Not crowded when I was there but I understand it does get crowded. The breakfast menu looked outstanding, limited lunch choices I thought but still plenty of options. Service very good

While the center of downtown Liberty may have some closed streets due to road work, it is worth a little effort to get to Ginger Sue's for breakfast or lunch. Or both! We stopped in the early afternoon and had no difficulty finding parking just a block away from the restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic.... More

I had company from out of town visiting and they actually discovered Ginger Sue's and introduced me to the restaurant. Omg the food is great at a very decent price. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and at times have a waiting list but are well worth the wait. The atmosphere is pleasant and fits in with the... More

Our favorite breakfast place is a great place for lunch too. I got the pork tenderloin, wife got fish and chips, then we shared. Both were fantastic. Did not leave hungry, that's for sure.

Ginger Sue's in liberty has a great breakfast menu with a few twists. I like the Cajun sausage in the several of the egg options and there is a crab Benedict that's delish. Staff is friendly and efficient. We have been about a half dozen times and never been disappointed.

The hubs and I were visiting family in Liberty. We were at Ginger Sue's on back to back days. The first day we had lunch and the second breakfast. The breakfast was definitely the better option. Kids had great choices as did the adults. There was also plenty of coffee to go around. There's something about the bacon that makes... More

We didn't make it to Liberty in time for lunch on Friday as they are only open for breakfast and lunch. We made sure to stop there for breakfast before we left town on Sunday. It was very busy and were lucky we got a table without a wait as some folks after us had a short wait. I would... More

An amazing breakfast. I had the Aloha omelette. Never would have thought about pineapple and coconut in an omelette but with the ham it tasted great. The biscuits are melt in your mouth. They get you in and out even on a busy Sunday morning. Highly recommend this breakfast spot.

Thank Jenn S
