Do yourself a favor, get a side of bacon. It's sooooo good. Ginger Sues never disappoints. I've always received friendly service and tasty food. Definitely a favorite breakfast spot in Liberty. Expect a wait on weekends.

Ginger Sue's is my favorite place for breakfast. The pancakes are delicious. We took a friend for her first visit. She ordered the French Toast and loved it! The bacon is seasoned just right, the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I have never had a bad experience. You may have a wait, but you will be... More

Able to eat here happily with kids--food comes out fast and pancakes are devoured! Order different flavors and share them family style--each pancake is about the size of a dinner plate, so plenty to share! Apple cinnamon pancakes are must eat! Worth the weekend seating wait if the weather is nice outside, but not much wait space inside.

Very friendly service and never an empty cup of coffee or water. Diners are family oriented with many group settings of local students and church members.Food costs are not overly priced, and always a "thank you" when leaving. My favorite place to meet a friend and have breakfast.

This is clearly a popular place, but we were willing to sit at the counter so didn't have any wait for breakfast. Service was fast and very friendly. My son had the crab omelette, which was delicious. I had a short stack of blueberry pancakes (for only $4), but should have ordered the single cake because they are monstrous! Very... More

Food is good. I like traditionally cooked food. Some of the combinations personally didn't think went well together. Might have been good together. I opted for the ham and cheese omelette. It was good, potatoes were a little undercooked but overall was good. Clean and the staff was pleasant. A little noisy for talking, but we are older so would... More

Wonderful food - Hawaiian omelet is the best, but everything is very flavorful and fresh. Have been there many times with friends and family.

This brunch site is very busy every time we eat here, which is about once per month. The pancakes are huge and delicious, and the heartier brunch fair is great, as well. We always come out stuffed to the gills. Despite its nearly constant weekend crowds, service is friendly and efficient.

Love going here for all the food! Especially the Farmer's omelette made with egg whites. The bacon may not be a favorite with a picky eater (child) but for all the rest it is scrumptious! Often there is a wait in the morning on a weekend so take the paper and relax while waiting.
