It had been a while since I'd been in a 54th Street (last one was in St. Louis) so we decided to pop in for dinner and a beer. The place was packed with a line out the door, which is a good sign. We asked about the wait and it was 20 minutes or so, which is very good... More

Often have their 7 oz. House sirloin. Seasoned perfectly, delicious! Comes with side salad of your choice- I love the Spring Salad. Also a loaded baked potato is included with loaf of bread with honey butter. Reasonably priced.

I have always loved this restaurant I especially like to order their Ruben Sandwich and their French Dip Sandwich. They are the best I have had anywhere. The downside is the last two times I visited it just smelled dirty. Maybe it's all the old décor on the walls or it just needs a facelift with a good cleaning. If... More

Always busy, but the food is always good...which is why it is so busy! Definitely worth the wait. I love the bbq fried chicken salad or the fajita salad!

It was the usual good place. Happy Hour is the time to go,you save on appetizers and drknks, my wife likes the gringo dip, the drinks I try different ones every time, the server makes your trip and this one did not , she kept brining us the check early before we finished the food and drink, it was rude... Service is always excellent. The food is really good for bar food. We always sit at the bar & enjoy the great selection of beer. Buy the gold card for savings on alcohol - it's a great deal. (half off Sunday & Monday). They also have buy 9 meals and get one free card available. This is much better than... More

Applebee's on steroids. Same quality food. Or not quality however you'd like to put it. Lots of salt, processed and sauced food. Zero healthy choices. Huge portions which is fine but not this stuff. At least half of the higher quality beer on the menu were unavailable. I'm not kidding. The server was clueless about the beer on it. He... More

Lunch at 54th St was great. The mushroom and swiss burger was huge and full of flavor. Excellent steak fries also. Service was excellent and the menu choices were abundant. Recommend 54th st.

54th Street is a great family restaurant, outstanding variety of dishes. Try the steaks, best in Lee's Summit, the wife loves the fajitas.
