This is a local favorite that has good food at great prices. The waitress is very personable. If you get there eraly enough, there may be a bag or two of some of the best fried pork skins I have ever eaten! I had the...bar-b-cue combo plate and the brisket was great! Wife had burger with bacon and cheese. Bacon is thick cut, hamburger is crispy around edges. Great burger!More

Great BBQ. We had the ribs. They were really good. We had enough to take back for another meal. The inside was decorated in old gas station deco. Service was excellent

This is a super casual home style restaurant but everything we had appears to have been homemade down to the tortilla chips and potato chips being fresh fried. It’s not fancy but it all tasted great and was very satisfying! And the server was great...too.More

My husband and I stopped at this little diner for a late lunch and the food was very good. My husband got the hot beef sandwich which was the special that day. He said the meat was very tender. I had the taco salad. My...husband was hoping to get the BlackBerry cobbler but they were sold out. Everything is homemade and you can tell. Saw on their board they run different specials every day. It was just a real hometown favorite.More

Had lunch here on a couple occasions. This past week it was with a large group of 11. All in love and wanting to return! Every time I have gone the special has been amazing, so that's a go-to if you're confused because everything on...the menu is so good. This last time though I went with the loaded baked potato and it was wonderful. Get it with both pulled pork and brisket- you'll have leftovers for later. When they ask if you want cobbler, say yes! Ice cream with that? YES!More

We discovered this family run restaurant about three years ago. We go there for lunch at least twice a month, usually on Friday for their catfish. Everything I’ve eaten there has been fabulous. Highly recommended.

I enjoy eating at the Fillin Station at least twice a month. The Restaurant is close to where I live and work. I have done some online dating and this is a quant and fun and safe place to meet some of the people I...meet on line. There is a Christian environment. The service is great! After a couple of visits, you begin to feel like family. The serving sizes are huge. The food is hot and everything I have had there is delicious. I have had catfish, shrimp, burgers, and fries. The homemade bread is great. I actually have purchase a loaf to take home. The deserts are great, especially the coblers.More

Excellent food at a reasonable price. We will be certain to go back when we are in the area again. We had the half chicken (which was enough for two) and the brisket special. Sides of mac salad and beans were homemade as was the...dessert and yummy bbq sauce.More

We ate here recently and had to wait over 40 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food - and then 2 people got something different from what they ordered. I ordered the "HUGE" salad with grilled chicken and while it had...dark green lettuce and a little bit of chicken, it was far from HUGE. Most disturbing was when I went to use the restroom and looked into the kitchen and saw that none of the help were wearing gloves. I thought food-handlers were supposed to wear gloves but obviously in Lampe MO that rule doesn't apply. Fortunately none of us got sick but doubt we'll stop here again - not worth the wait for food that isn't anything special.More

The Fillin Station is a local hangout in Lampe, MO, outside of Branson. The food was very good and the portions were huge! Two of us had the catfish and shrimp special and two had the bar-b-que brisket and pulled pork. Everything was DELICIOUS! It...is family owned and operated and everyone was exceptionally nice! We will definitely be going back to this place when we return to that area. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but don't let that deter you from going in! You won't regret it! Heard about the wonderful desserts but were way too full to try them! Next time.....!More
