We enjoy stopping here when we're out on the boat. Interesting menu with a Cajun flavor. Very good drinks. Bands play in two different spots most days. Fun atmosphere with good staff.

Just wanted to sit/eat by the water with a bucket of beers and boat/people watch and listen to live music. The entertainer was so off key the local dogs were barking! The happy hour was non existent. They had buckets of beer at $5.50 per beer! Server didn't know where to find sugar for our designated driving tea drinker. Don't... More

Shady Gators has a nice pool overlooking the lake but I've been their 3 times and have yet to find something off the menu that I would eat again...plus for the kind of food they are serving, it isn't cheap.

It's a neat place being located right on the lake, watching the high dollar boats roll through. Food was average, felt bad for the girl waiting on our table as she was handling 3 huge groups of 12+ each. Food was average, but overpriced, typical for a tourist spot. As far as the outside bar goes. As long as your... More

My friends and I had a great time. We had everything we wanted really quick. Came down from the 60 mm. Was definitely worth it and will do it again soon

Great view from the pool of the Lake. Friendly staff and casual dining, but the real feature is the free pool....of course the drinks aren't free! Fun place to hang for adults and families.

Went on a Friday night to watch the band. They put on a good show, but if you aren't a 20 something power drinker or have a high end boat parked in the marina, you will just get shoved around. Actually saw the bouncers put a passed out guy on the side of the road. 3 beers, 2 rum runners... More

Used to live at the Lake and loved most of the restaurants by water. Went down to Shady Gators on Sat for lunch for old times. Big expensive mistake $150.00 later!!! $14 cold nachos, $11 horrible frozen burger, come on. Unfortunately no one liked their meals. So my advice, try Back Water Jacks maybe, can't say if that is still... More

A fun bar and grill to stay from sunset to sundown. We were there for a bachelorette party and had a great time. Our food was serve quickly and they had live music later on. The have a shuttle that runs to the houses and condos near by so we hopped on that about 2 am.
