The hotel we're staying at recommended this pizza so I had high Hope's. Ordered pizza at 8pm and was told an hour. So ordered cheese sticks and a sausage and pepperoni. 9:30 rolls around still no pizza. So I called. Was told they were very...busy tonight and take many pizzas when they go. I asked if it was out or if I could cancel. My family was asleep there was no point anymore. She said it was out and should be any minute. Another 20 minutes and I FINALLY got the pizza. Qas told by the delivery driver that the previous driver forgot my order. Got to the room, both pizza and cheese sticks are burnt and food is luke warm at best. The ONLY reason I gave a 2 is because when I called the lady I talked to was understanding and ended up refunding my money. She did keep saying they cant give exact times, which I understand but had I k own it would be over an hour much less almost 2 I never would have ordered. Pizza was ok, but again wasnt hot so not great. If I'm ever in KC again would I get this...no probably not. Would I recommend...probably not.More

From a foodie and “self proclaimed” Buffalo wing expert - hands down best wings I’ve ever had. I don’t live in town (Texas) but find myself craving these wings. Joe takes extra steps that prove a passion and quality you typically don’t find with a...chicken wing. The house made blue cheese is also unrivaled. Must try wings - I had all three flavors honey BBQ, medium, and hot. All of them are amazing but my fave was the hot since they dash a special seasoning with some kick and a sauce as they come out of the oven. Wish I could get them in Texas.More

Good pizza - great service! 🍕 we got a cheese pizza. Lots of cheese - thick crust. Well cooked. Unable to judge their more unique pizzas but the cheese pizza was a success with our kids. The service was phenomenal - very friendly and fast....Pick up only due to Covid. Highly recommendMore

I have eaten pizza from Artego several times in the past when I dined in, and those pizzas went from excellent to good. The pizza I picked up tonight was dry and tough. I don't think I'll be going back there.

The thin crust pizza is simply incredible. I love thin- crust pizza! They have different style crusts, but we opted for the thin crust. I highly recommend Aetego for anyone who appreciates fresh dough pizza. The service was outstanding as well. I truly know good...food and Artego is one of the finest pizza restaurants in Kansas City!More

We had heard this is a great place for pizza and on a Sunday night decided to check it out. We had three pizzas, a buffalo chicken, a 39th Street, and a two ingredient and all came out quickly and thoroughly enjoyed. The buffalo chicken...one was asked to be prepared half and half with multiple toppings and was done exactly as asked for. Beer selection was good and our server very attentive and helpful. I have been wanting to visit Artego Pizza for a while, and either ended up eating BBQ next door or getting something closer to home. Finally made it this last Friday evening and am glad I finally did. We ordered the 39th Street pizza that...has my favorites for pizza including Scimeca’s Italian sausage. It was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the formaggio pizza with the different cheeses and we added the chicken. It’s more of a creamy white Alfredo sauce and is really good too. The Caprese is excellent for an appetizer. Stacy took good care of our table and made sure our drinks were cold and filled. They also have outdoor seating, too. It’s really good and I’ll be back!More

On a recent trip to Kansas City, I found myself hungry in my hotel room and in want of pizza. At the recommendation of the front desk, I ordered from Artego. I was more than pleasantly surprised! The service was pleasant, the wait time of...50 minutes for an 11:30pm order was a bit concerning. HOWEVER, the pizza was delivered safely to my hotel and in 45 minutes. The crust was amazing, the toppings fresh, and the entire experience was well worth the wait! I am seriously contemplating reasons to drive the six hours to enjoy that pizza again.More

Hands down they serve one of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten, if not the best i choose my own toppings but i am confidant that whatever you choose, you will love it

Ordered this through Grubhub and it was easy to do. Only thing that was confusing was when I ordered the custom pizza which the description said came with shredded cheese and regular crust it gave me the option to select those two things but then...added extra cost for them. I figured out that I didn’t need to add them but it would have been good if it had shown them already selected. Delivery was much faster than the estimated time. It was great to do it all online including the tip. Crust was thick but not too heavy. Toppings were good. Pepperoni was big. We really liked both pizzas - chicken and pineapple as well as the pepperoni. The pepperoni was much saltier than the chicken. Wasn’t a lot of size difference between the small and medium. Drinks are all 2 liters even though the site doesn’t specify that.More
