There are wood carvings from all around adorned on the walls - some of them are pretty intricate. I didn't eat there, I just went to meet some people for drinks. They have a good assortment of beers on tap and the prices were very reasonable. Servie was very good.

The manager was a dick. Probably a good place for a beer and burger but I won't be back. Decor is ok.

Actually stopped here for drinks several times during a recent visit to KC. Great atmosphere and good beer selection. Convenient location.

The bar atmosphere itself was good. It is an in an older building with stuff all over which is cool I love that. But they were very busy and our server had to serve our table and then one or more upstairs, which made our service very slow. Not the servers fault he was trying hard to keep up. But... More

In with the family from Omaha to watch the Plaza lighting ceremony. Service was good given the amount of people in there. Great atmosphere for a place like the Plaza. Got the wings which took a little long to get out but definitely worth the wait. Would recommend to anyone wanting a more laid back environment.

Probably one of the best burgers I ever had. Small bar and grill on the far end of the plaza. Night we were there, the Royals were playing game 1 of the ALCS so it was packed. Had to eat up stairs which was a little cramped, and with only 1 small TV up there.

Staying in the plaza area and wanted a place I could walk to grab a beer and a little food. Fred P Ott's is a very interesting place. Lots of stuff to look at when you walk in. I sat at the bar and waited. A waited was there but talking with someone. 2 people back in the kitchen. About... More

Went to the one on the Plaza and can't figure out how they are still in business with that kind of service. Granted we did have a party of 12 but that was still no excuse as it was NOT busy at all. The waitress got the drinks wrong. The food came out in waves, first 3, then 3 more... More

Slightly freaky bar - one of the few open late in this area. Good choice of bottled beer and local brews. Popular with waiting staff later at night. We met our server from earlier in there !!
