Was closed July-November 2016 after an electrical fire. I was worried that the ambience and menu would be forever altered, but the fear was false. The fried tofu and awesome sauce are just as good, as is the Chinese pot roast and Ants on a Tree. Service was good, and prices reasonable.

Best dumplings in town! Great food, low prices, and quick service is what I like about this place. Great stop for hot tea and a meal.

A flavorful contemporary take on classic Cantonese dishes. The ducks maybe flying south for winter but warm up those cold nights with a little duck, add a little Sriracha to bring it up to appropriate spice. Unless you want to order fried eggplant donut I recommend avoiding the eggplant appetizer. The dish was more filling than eggplant. This place is... More

Went with my 5 year old and was told he was annoying because he was entertaining himself and apparently that was frowned upon. The server that wasn't even ours came over and was very rude. It really upset me because he wasn't doing anything but using the chop sticks as drum sticks. And if anyone with kids go out they... More

We go to the University of Kansas medical center every 3 months for my doctor visits and this place is out first stop each and every trip! The hand made dumplings and noodles are like nothing you have had before! I am a HUGE potsticker fan and these do not disappoint at all. Make sure you search for this amazing... More

We love this place, when we're in KC it's our first stop most of the time. The dumplings are awesome, and so is the wonton noodle soup. I can't even say much about the rest of the menu because those items are so good I never get anything else. The cocktails are really good and that menu continually evolves. Cool... More

I had trouble ordering off the menu. The restaurant had authentic Chinese food options that I didn't recognize them or was worried it would be too spicy. I decided on the ginger basil chicken and it was pretty good. Not favor combinations I was used to. Took leftovers home and tried to add sweet chili sauce to it the next... More

Came in with a friend to sample the appetizer and cocktail menu. Server was upbeat and very friendly. Cocktails arrived chilled and strong. Tofu and awesome sauce was good, the shrimp dumplings just so-so. Now the basil chicken lettuce wraps... Sorry, I had to pause remembering how amazing they were. A powerful and memorable bite that will bring me back... More

When can I go again? I was very pleased with my experience and wish they delivered. I highly recommend the pan fried Spicy Chili Pepper Wontons (Meat). Not overly spicy but has a nice little burn to it to complement the taste. I was not as impressed with the Duck wrap. It was OK but a bit bland for my... More
