If you like dive bars , this is the place to go. Excellent burgers and the nachos were a big hit. Lots of pinball machines for entertainment. Food came out fast, which we loved.

Went because we heard these were the best burgers in town! Spoiler alert, they were not. Just plain burger, no tomato lettuce etc. Fries undercooked. Got cheese fries, the “cheese” is a cup of tepid nacho cheese sauce. Cash only. Disappointed and will not go...back.More
Good burgers but probably not the best in KC. Cash only! Arcade games to keep the kids busy as food does take a while. Love the curly fries!!
Was visiting with a friend (July 2020). Got a burger and fries. Cooked perfectly. Juicy. Friendly staff. Have arcade games as well to play afterward. Highly reccomend if looking for a cool place in the Westport area to go with friends during this time.
A Kansas City classic. This establishment has been voted as having the Best Burger in Kansas City since the 1980s. Cooked to order and then they call out your name when it is ready. You dress it yourself. Sports Bar atmosphere. Won’t look like much...from the outside. Go in and enjoy the burgers!More
Do not order delivery. Purchased two meals, received one sandwich and a side that were not what was ordered.
We came here for the Kansas City Chiefs Special - $1.69 hamburgers! They opened at 11 am and there were already 100 customers standing in the cold waiting to get in. Fun and games for kids, adult drinks for the rest of us. Great food...and a great atmosphere!More
Very disappointing Sunday evening visit. First and last visit - here's why. Confusion reigns upon entering this popular KC burger joint. Big sign proclaims 'Order Here' at end of bar near kitchen. We naturally went there and picked up a menu to select our choices....We were curtly informed we should find a table and figure out our order and only then should we join the line to place an order. Okay. Placed order, after paying and returning to table, I realized I only paid for 1 kids meal rather than the 2 meals I had ordered. Revisit the line to reorder the 2nd kids meal and paying again. Meanwhile, the waiter visits table for totally separate drink orders. The 2nd kids meals order is very quickly ready (but without the ranch dressing the menu promises), of course this causes issues amongst the 2 hungry kids. 15 minutes later, the adult burger and starter is ready but the 1st kids meal is MIA. No choice but to return to my table w/o the full order - cooks had no explanation as to why the partial order was announced. Our waiter apparently noticed there was a problem, and investigated. He quickly returned with what appeared to be an adult order of chicken strips and fries. We appreciate his efforts. Eventually, we receive the bill for the drinks to pay for a third time. This whole visit cost us a great deal of consternation, most of it being unnecessary. It starts with the odd ordering process - hey, Westport Flea Market - if nobody else does it that way - you're probably wrong. Fix this, it is not difficult to fix. Way over an hour here, most of that time was spent feeling frustrated. Not worth the trouble.More
One of the better burgers i have had. Even though it took a while to get the order. I believe its cash only. Its 2019! Take debit cards at least. Received a coupon in the mail that states, buy one and get the second free...Not true. In parentheses it says $5 value. So, only. $5 discount. False advertisingMore
Since it was near our hotel, we had to try it. I had the Mini burger and curly fries w/cheese. The burger was very good. The fries were nothing special. Mom tried Joe's Chicken Panini and it was very good. The Lady's Special drink was...refreshing. I recommend this restaurant but skip the curly fries.More
My wife and I had our granddaughters with us. We were going to go to Town Topic then I thought no, let’s go to Westport flea market get one of these burgers that are supposed to be so good ....well I’m out 50 bucks and...wish I had went to Town Topic. The floor was so sticky I lost a flip-flop over by the 1902 ski ball machine. Then the kids wanted some gum that thing ate a quarter we never got any gum just a total disappointment. I actually had to apologize to the 10 and a 12-year-old should’ve went with my first instinct. Whoever voted this place the best burger in town has never eaten at town topic I even take a Wendy’s double stack over that burger. Oh, and it’s cash only because these guys are stuck in the 1950s, there won’t be any credit or debit card used here. They do have an ATM so you can get some cash out. I’ll never go back.More
nice, quiet setting, nice place. The food was great. After a longer than normal wait for our food, they gave us free nachos for waiting. You go place your order, and they call your name and go get your meal. The burger was really good....Interesting photos on the wall of the famous people who have eaten there, including The Nature Boy, Ric Flair.More
Ordered a classic burger with cheese and grilled onions $9.99) and the special steak, loaded potato, salad and bread ($12.99). Kids eat free on Monday after 5pm, so we got the mini corndogs and fries. Steak was well cooked. Burger was average...a little dry. Besure...to order a the front and pay, but order your drinks at the table and pay for all drinks at the table (a little confusing). This place only takes CASH.More
The best fresh hand Made hamburgers my wife and I ever had and they were freshly hand made.Plus, the atmosphere was great.
We stopped here on way home from KC recently....our daughter who lives in KC goes here often. There’s a game room...lots of seating...and cool bar area. You order at bar and pick up in another area. We just had burgers but they were amazing. In...looking at their nightly specials, we plan to return soon to check the other fare out! All staff encountered was very friendly as well. Thanks for an awesome lunch stop...we will be back!!!More
