Excellent restaurant for a national chain. Hospitality and service were welcoming and with an excellent menu made dining a pleasant experience. Our food was tasty with the warm biscuits a nice touch. Expect a wait during prime time dinner hour, better to go a little early.

The food is just gross. Just prepackaged and thrown in with gross sauces. They did not even have the regular sauce that comes with crab cakes. The crab cakes themselves were the worst I have ever eaten. I have had better ones from a grocery store deli. My mom had the catfish, it was nothing special. The only reason I... More

The cedar biscuits were warm and soft and very good. My shrimp was not doughy but very crispy an well seasoned. My wife's blackened fish was also very good. It was a pleasant surprise even the french fries were good. Service was excellent and we only had to wait the 15-20 minutes that we were told upon arriving. However, this... More

The Red Lobster, a seafood chain restaurant, is better than "average" but certainly would not rate a "very good" rating. The seafood is pretty good for a chain restaurant but does not compare to the better independent seafood restaurants in the city.

Hadn't been to Red Lobster in months. We had an early dinner with excellent service. The extensive menu (revised recently) features seafood with an abundance of preparations. The small biscuits are great. Both the Ultimate Feast and the Lobster Linguini were tasty, fresh and satisfying.

Visited here during a weekend stay in KC. Wait staff was great and attentive. Food was delicious and the always good cheddar bay biscuits did not disappoint. Everything was cooked well and had good flavor. Good Mid-Range dinner spot.

The restaurat was average, meal too pricey, biscuits great as usual but not that good of service for a later dinner. Not unique or memorable enough, disappointing!

This Red Lobster is in a dying area of Kansas City. A once thriving mall is located adjacent to the store. Brought my Mom here because she really likes Red Lobster. But we think of RL as a place where people go who have no discriminating taste in seafood. We all had the Cesar salad and had tummy rumblings for... More

Red Lobster is a routine stop for lots of folks and for good reason. The food is consistently decent, the biscuits are great, and you can usually count on good service. Our most recent visit was all that, and we enjoyed the meal with no issues. The waitress was very attentive,(almost too much so), and the rest of the service... More

This place was quite good - a bit expensive but quite average. The seafood was pretty much like any other average seafood joint. The lobster tails were the most pricey and you didn't really get much for the serve. Overall, ok place but would;nt be dying to go back there if you get my drift.
