We stopped in for lunch and loved our sandwiches, but the apple fritter was the most amazing thing I have ever eaten. Wow!! We will be back!

Had a great sandwich from here today and brought one to the office for a co worker too. The staff working there were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be back

First off, the staff is very nice. It's not surrounded by other restaurants or retail so it's easy to spot the cool green painted building. It seems to be a popular neighborhood place with lots of folks popping in for a quick bite. I had...the Hook em up which seems to be the most popular sandwich and it has a lot of stuff on it. I substituted cheddar for the hot cheese. My wife had a smoked turkey on cheddar onion bread. A small sandwich is currently a five spot and a large is 5.75. The Hook em up is 6.50 with a bag of chips. M & M also has donuts and sweets to tempt you. A big homemade cookie is 90 cents. We split a brownie with walnuts. It seems like a lot of people get their food to go. They only have a few tables so if you want to eat it there, you should probably go early or late. Fyi, they also serve breakfast sandwiches in the morning. There is no parking lot but it was easy to find parking on the street.More

I leave not that far from them, and I always forget that they are closed on Mondays and that's when I want a sandwich, but they are good I rather go to M&M bakery before I head to subway...

A coworker brought in donuts from M&M Bakery. (I had never heard of them). I had a long john, and it was awesome! Everyone else loved them as well. I can't comment on their lunches, but their donuts are fantastic.

I've had donuts from M&M multiple times and always good. Today was the first lunch trip. Also amazing.

I went for the cookies, ended up with a great sandwich, wonderful sticky bun and some of the best rye bread I've ever eaten. Family owned little neighborhood deli/bakery. I had the small corned beef and swiss on rye. The bread was baked there and...out of this world. Sandwich was large. Hubby got same but large, omg, hefty, hefty, hefty. big man couldn't eat this 'HUGE" thing. I love chocolate chip cookies and these were killers, where do you get cookies with whole 1/2 pieces of english walnuts. The pecan sticky rolls were almost finger licking good.More

The Hook EM Up is the best. This sandwich is so spicy, you can smell is when eating. My 4th grade students knew the smell of a hook em up sandwich. It comes on a onion or sweet role, with red onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles,...cheese, mayo, mustard, and a spicy pastrami. Came here based on recommendations from a local news article about the best Reubens in KC. This one was good but was surprised when the woman asked "hot or cold?" because I thought all Reubens were hot-- off the grill. It was good and a...little different. Had red onions on it which I did not care for, but it was generous sized and good. There are other baked goods that looked good.More
