This was my first visit but definitely not the last. The combination appetizer was so good. The falafel was amazing as was their hummus. The Mediterranean salad served with it was nice and crispy with just the right amount of dressing - sprinkled with a...kiss. The chicken shawarma plate was enough for meal and for lunch the next day. Price was very good. App, meal, drink totaled $23. Considering this was two meals, price was great! The owners were very nice and welcoming. Open 7 days a week!More
If you ever wish to dine on true Middle Eastern food and good middles eastern customer service there’s no better place than queens sweets and bakery. From the kebab to the Gyro to the hummus to the falafel, everything was a masterpiece, And the owner...had a great sense of humor and was kind and welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant for anybody who is willing to try something authentic And new!More
We carried out the most delicious meal. Lamb shank, roast chicken, Mashawi, and pepper special. The rice is so fresh with perfect vegetables and spices. Everything we had was excellent, fresh and delicious. Try this restaurant and you will love it!
Stumbled on this place quite by accident while visiting another business in this strip mall. Even if you have an address, it's difficult to find. Thus, in order for this place to survive it will have to be word of mouth. By the name, you...would never guess it was a Middle Eastern restaurant, but it is. The name needs to be changed so that those searching for Middle Eastern food would know that this is what they serve. This is for sure a take-out place though they do have 2 tiny tables and a few chairs. No decor to speak of. Menu is simple and straight forward, but some of the combos are hard to figure out. Thank goodness Kay was there to help. She helped me sort out what I wanted and what I didn't. I ordered a combo with lamb, rice, salad and other items, and wasn't sorry. I really enjoyed the lamb, but for me, it was overcooked. I prefer mine medium to medium rare. Everything was seasoned beautifully, and nobody can do rice better that Middle Easterners. Lots of food for the money. I will for sure be back to explore this menu further.More
