I am a biker and I love breakfast with a good coffee, Spokes Cafe is a great place to come to that offers a wide variety of breakfast items, coffee, beers, and other specialty items. I ordered the Southwest breakfast burrito along with a latte...and it was a fabulous start to my weekend morning. The cafe is nice and clean and the service is super! Not only are they bike friendly but they perform tune-ups and other services for your bike. Definitely an interesting place to come to, I will hopefully be here more often.More

We visit the caffe late at night around 9 and the bartender was so nice and energetic that I was impressed. They said we can order anything on the menu ! How nice . The place is really nice and the people that work there...are great. We ate the tuna sandwich and they had the gluten free option. Real nice place . Recommend.More

This place has excellent food choices, including choices for vegetarians. This place also participates in Postmates or Ubereats, so you can enjoy the food even if you cannot make it to the Quality Hill area.

I walked to this place from my downtown hotel and I was not disappointed! They have a big coffee selection and the small white mocha I got was so good! Many places they are way too sweet and the small is tiny, but this one...was perfect. The food is great too and very reasonably priced. I got the breakfast burrito- it was smaller than I expected but it definitely filled me up! Staff was very nice and friendly. Can’t comment on the bike shop side of the business, but it definitely added some character to the place if you are just wanting coffee/food.More

This is a unique style if eatery and brew pub all combined. Breakfast sandwiches and wraps are available with specialty coffees and pastries. This is also a bicycle shop/store. They offer several beers and ales made locally. If you do not want a full breakfast...or lunch, this is the place to go.More

My coworker just brought me a BLT from there that is the best I’ve ever had. I only ordered half but I might walk over there soon because I want the other half - delicious!

Excellent customer service, these guys are just amazing and all smiles. The house blend coffee was fresh, not burnt, with lots of flavor. I had the breakfast burrito... fluffy eggs and melted cheese... very tasty. The atmosphere has just the right level of background music...and visual distractions of an wide front window, without being overwhelming. A great work environment with lots of available electric outlets, both hightop and regular tables. The bar is very clean and the server handled my food properly.More

Stopped for breakfast while staying downtown for the weekend. Small but nice menu of breakfast and lunch items in this combination bike shop/cafe. Order at the counter and food delivered to your table. The egg/tomato/spinach/avocado sandwich was fabulous! So was the pop tart, delivered fresh...from a local bakery. Very friendly and clean. We would go here often if we lived in KC.More

A pleasant surprise within walking distance of the convention center. Mostly sandwich’s and soups and excellent quality and service. VERY good prices and while not fast food the food came out fast. I highly recommend Spokes for lunch or an early dinner.

I've never used the bike shop, but the cafe is great. It's good for lunch and breakfast. There are a number of sandwiches, all of which use amazing combinations of cheeses. The mango Ice tea is magical.
