Had a group of 13 for dinner. Had reservations and table was ready when we arrived. Food was good but service was terrible. Food came out staggered and one couple did not get their food at all. Had to reorder. Had to send tickets back to be reprinted as 'almost all' of the bills were wrong.

Obvious abusive Management problems
Manager yelling at employees, disrupting service, creating chaos and ruining both the orders but also the experience.
This captive hotel restaurant apparently has a terrible history of abusing employees. High turnover.
They’re lucky they’re isolated and have hotel guests captive. Guests would be well advised to try Das Steinhaus on the road behind them, a short walk. Or order food in.
Service was fine and the food was good - at least when the few remaining employees were allowed to work and take care of customers.

Even for a bar menu this place is a total disaster! The food is over priced for what you get and tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated in a microwave today.

We came in early for a business lunch so there was not many people gathered yet. We opened our laptops and started working and sharing information. Lunch was served knowing we were working and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

My first interaction there was to have the server rudely yell across the dining room at me to come up and pay by the kitchen (for his convenience) in order to get a plate for the pricey breakfast buffet. Dining room was very empty so it’s not like he was overwhelmed - just bossy and rude. Never going back.

This was by far the worst breakfast I've ever had.
I asked for hot tea, with milk, NO lemon. He brought me Bigalow Lemon Lift tea. I mentioned that I'd asked for black tea (English Breakfast) and he said it was black tea, he said he didn't know why it said lemon. I asked for milk for my tea, and he brought a large glass full.
My waffle was too cold to melt the butter. The bacon was so over cooked it was inedible.
I asked for a teaspoon for my tea, before I tasted it and he brought me I stir stick, with his bare hand. Not even a paper napkin.
My husband had eggs and they were like rubber. We had to ask for salt and pepper...
Not a great start to the last day of our vacation.

Only one waitress for the whole restaurant and took over an hour to get my food. Didn’t even get my water that i ordered.

This is a very large restaurant so was good for our group even without reservations. The service was good and the food was delicious. I would go there again.

Want a burger but not a 'fast' food version? Then try Cheerleader. My teenage guest was impressed by the size of the place. It is very spacious. You can have quiet conversations without having tables to close together. The burgers are creative but slightly overcooked. We asked for medium, but were given done burgers. I got the Black & Bleu which came with Bleu Cheese. Nice flavor. We will go back.

We have been to Cheerleaders multiple times each time it's been a positive experience with friendly wait staff, a bright and clean atmosphere, and excellent food! Three adults and a two year old ate for under $30. I have nothing negative to say and truly believe this restaurant is a hidden gem in JC.

12 screens but none with the NLDS when I came in for an early dinner. In fact, I went back out to the lobby to get my own menu. The food was good, but service was very much lacking. The Hawaiian chicken entree is delicious. I waited a long time for my check.

Since it is new to Jefferson City we joined another couple and tried it out. We all ordered something different. The consensus was that the burgers are the best item. This is a very large restaurant. It was three times larger than we thought it would be. There were 30 other people there but because of its size, we didn't feel crowded and could have a private conversation. We all agreed we'd go back.

This is a a new restaurant in town at the new Holiday Inn. The restaurant is well lit, large with several seats, has a large bar, and a several t.v.’s. The theme is SEC football. The restaurant was clean, modern, and very nice.
We were there at 5:00 on a Saturday night. The place was dead. There were several employees working.
We were quickly seated, order taken and served a cold draft beer. Did I mention the the beer was cold! Ya, know how you take that first drink of your beer and it’s very cold? It was very cold and refreshing.
We ordered wings and fried green beans.
We were told that wings come either with the sauce on the side or tossed with the sauce. We choose tossed with the sauce. The wings were delivered with the sauce on the side and we were told they no longer tossed them only with sauce on the side.
The wings were ok but were over cooked. We were not impressed. The fried green beans were great.
Cool place and the service was good.
This place has great potential. Will try again in the fall when football season is back.

New, spacious, clean, bright and airy restaurant with really good food. Great selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers and wraps. We all ordered something different and everyone loved what they received including our two-year-old with mac & cheese. Food is well seasoned with lots of flavor and prices are good for the quality and quantity. Service was a little slow, but as we were in no hurry it was fine.

Visited today for lunch and found a large restaurant with nicely spread our tables. Very bright and quiet - no music playing or such. The staff was nice although they could have used a second waitress for the lunch rush as she was struggling to keep up. Food was good and served warm; slightly small servings including the side salad and fries. Lots of nice choices on the menu though.
Will definitely check it out again.
