We had breakfast here, delicious smoothies and pancakes. Very generous serving of Huevos Rancheros but too spicy for my wimpy palette. Also bought tasty small loaves of banana bread to go. Varied coffee menu, cappuccino was OK but next time I would order a double shot....

Nothing fancy but good food. Had pizza, salad and drinks one night. Comfy chairs, NBA on the TV. Good pizza! Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Tried the cafe for breakfast. The simplest thing, eggs over easy medium, done to perfection. Great smoothy and coffee too. We were hooked on Cafe Pacifica but this broke us out of our rut. Breakfast 3 days running.

The staff was super accommodating for our group of 20. They managed to get 20 pizzas out and they were all delicious.

We used to really like this place a lot but it's closed now and we were very sad to find this out. We hope the owners and their family are well.

Was so ridiculously slow. Food
was bland. They do bake great bread though if you want to purchase from the “deli”

Wow who would guess you go to a little fishing village of less than 500n people, sitting on the pacific cost of Mexico many miles from any big tourist area and find this. The best pizza I have had in years. A great little place to eat, the upstairs restaurant portion that opens for dinner has an open hearth wood fired pizza oven. There is a friendly little bar about 8 or 9 tables and incredible food/. I would recommend the pizza to any foodie from anywhere a nice thin crust very generous toppings and so many choices.
If you arena the area DINT miss this special place for a special treat!

One of our favorites. The place to watch a game with fellow travelers & locals. Really good food - they have a pizza oven & the pesto pizza with sausage is outstanding. Oh, & ice cream downstairs...

Stopped by a few times for breakfast, lots to choose from and everything is made up quite quickly. Very reasonably priced and delicious. Hard to beat.
They also have a big wall of books available for a free book exchange.

Cafe Sol was at the top of my restaurant list while visiting Troncones, we loved the food here so much we came twice once for dinner and another for breakfast! The shrimp pizza that was on the daily special menu was absolutely delicious, the wait staff was very friendly and social and our food came out pretty fast. The upstairs area is open for dinner from 6-10 and the downstairs is used for breakfast which was also absolutely incredible. We had the most delicious pancakes with eggs, potatoes & toast served with jelly and butter. The mocha smoothie was delicious and cooling we will be back here this place is great!

My boyfriend and I spent a lot of time at this delicious cafe. They have the best French pressed coffee, the breakfasts were great, yummy baked goods, awesome sandwiches and fantastic pizza!! Definitely worth stopping by any time of day. Almost forgot to mention the yummy ice cream too. So good!

We frequented this cafe during our stay in Troncones. Downstairs is a cafe with baking, sandwiches and amazing gelato (the green mint was so yummy)! Upstairs they serve some of the best pizza we have ever eaten! It's a cheese pizza base and then you pick whatever toppings you like. It's a thin crust pizza with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese! It is not located on the beach but across the street and upstairs is a great spot to watch the sunset.

We've been here many times and the food is always consistent! The fruit and yogurt plate is a good size and the eggs are tasty. We've also eaten their sandwiches and enjoyed them. Upstairs for dinner is good, but small menu. Great for watching sports!

When you need a break from seafood & tacos, the upstairs restaurant serves quite good pizzas after 6:00 in the evening. Add a beer & life is full.

This is the part of Cafe Sol that is downstairs. Sandwiches are made on fresh bread with crisp lettuce. The ice cream is good too.
