Great ambiance and excellent food, but pricey by Mexican terms. Wine was very expensive. Come with money!

Wonderful spot, and the specials are always changing and amazing. Service is brilliant, and it is likely the best restaurant in Sayulita. It is not inexpensive, but life is short. Treat yourselves! Well worth the price.

Wonderful pasta and tiramisu but prices for desert water and wine were over the top. And, they were more than we were told they would be. Unlike an earlier review, the music was terrific.

Fantastic dinner out in Sayulita. Service staff was awesome and paid lots of attention to detail. It was a memorial dinner... thanks crew!

We hosted a birthday celebration for my husbands 50th birthday here and it was amazing. Though it was one of the hottest nights of November, they did their best to keep us cool with A/C and misters, cold drinks...and the food! Sooo good! Way exceeded...my expectations. Working with Danilo was easy via WhatsApp and the dinner, drinks and DJ set up for post dinner were exactly as we discussed. Owner Paola was very charming and was also great to work with. Everyone was blown away by the service and the food. There are many choices in darling Sayulita, but I would definitely give this one a try. Great for a party!More

Went here for our last night in Sayulita. It was cute enough but as the meal went on something felt amiss. As I was drinking a pretty mediocre red wine, looking at the dirty pylon cones they use for lights, and listening to a terrible...live band, I realized while looking over the menu that all the prices were almost double what is stated on their website, which we as a group budgeted for. As there is no wine list and we're not rich folk we asked for the cheapest cab sav they had. After we poured the first bottle, the waiter informed me that it was the last one they had in stock (riiiight) and he can bring us something similar. After pouring the wine we inquired how much the bottle was, the server told us it was 300 more pesos than the last one. We then inquired about how much the last one was, he stumbled on his words a bit and said 300 pesos. When we got the bill, both of these statements were grossly untrue. The first bottle was 700. The second bottle was 1400. The bill for our group was around 12,000 pesos not including tip. We got into arguments over the the bill and almost had a falling out. It wasn't until after we realized that we should have been mad at the restaurant for swindling us, not each other. They charged us 160 pesos for flat water in a glass bottle. The olive oil they used with the bread was most definitely canola oil. The dishes are small portion and are just meh. The expensive wine tasted cheap. If you have never had fine Italian dining and don't mind being robbed blind on vacation than you may have a good time. As for us, we come from a city with two little Italy's and some of the best world class Italian eateries outside of Italy. For a fraction of what we paid here. we could have had much better dishes and wine, including multiple courses. T place is a con. A tourist trap. Do yourself a favor and eat at a local restaurant where the people are good to you and the food is reasonably priced and tastes much better. The night before I had a traditional Mexican dinner around the corner from here for 200 pesos, including drinks. The owner even gave us all free tequila shots to finish off the meal. THAT is how you do it in Sayulita. Avoid this place like the plague.More

Went with a group of 12 for a final dinner before we all head home. Waiter didn't let us know wine prices (no wine list) - our first two bottles were a fairly reasonably priced option, which they were then suddenly out of. He said...he'd pick a similar one for us (which would usually also be similar price). When we asked how much this new bottle was (after he'd opened it before asking) the waiter said '300 more than the last one' so we asked how much the first one was and he paused and finally said '300?' but when the bill came it was 700 more per bottle. Generally way overpriced for what it is, especially given how much incredible food there is in this town. On top of that the waiter was was smarmy and overly shmoozy but failed to actually wait well, forgetting to open a bottle, bring an ice bucket for the white, bring other items requested, forgot one person's main dish so they ate later, and gave someone else the wrong app.More

I stumbled across this one evening and decided to stop and have a glass of wine then ended up staying for dinner and coming back another night for dinner. Food is really good yet, as the other reviews note, the portions are small so if...you are starving I would probably go for Mexican food. The ambiance is great.... friendly, helpful staff! Would I dine here again? Yes!More

We went there on Dec. 31, 2019 . We were 3 couples. The place was really busy. The service was good, the food was good but as other people mentioned before, some of the portions are "unreasonably " small. Our friend ordered the ravioli and...we laughed when we saw his portion. The prices are too high for what you get. We would not go back. It is a good place but too pricey for the quantity that you get.More
