We ate at all of the street side taco al Pastor locations. This was definitely one of my favorites. I think we went three out of the four days that we were there. Would definitely recommend a taco or two if you are in the...area :-)More

Best Al Pastors of our trip & we tried some of top rated in Puerto Vallarta. Recommend trying volcanes which is when they crisp up tortilla & melt cheese on it before rest of toppings. Also liked watching Taquero do his thing & people watching...while eating them on the street.More

i said what i said! the pastor meat and marinade was on point, sauces and habanero onion toppings were perfect compliments. our group visited these stands several times during our stay, and each time stuffed ourselves to the gills. fat and happy.

The King of Tacos! Seriously. Best al pastor tacos in this part of Mexico, we've been coming to this taco stand for almost 15 years because they are that good. You can't go wrong with any of the tacos, obviously the al pastor is the...star of the show, but don't skip the mushroom tacos either. Cheap, fast, tasty.More

Very good al pastor tacos but I do wish they put a little more meat on them. It's not a complaint but I had to taste the meat on its own to really taste the flavor and it was very tasty. I feel like their...flavor would be showcased more if they added a couple more slivers of meat. The service was great and I would definitely recommend going a little early to avoid the large crowds we saw.More

This place is known for their tacos al pastor, which are prepared right outside the restaurant on a vertical spit, like gyros. Most people order tacos and either eat them standing, sitting at the few high tables outside or take them to go. I must...say after quickly going inside the restaurant I was a bit hesitant about eating the tacos I had already ordered, the restaurant was not clean, it was actually pretty dirty looking (especially the restroom). Despite my hesitation I ate the tacos and I must say they were just ok, nothing special. They are small, which is expected for street type tacos, but they were stingy with the amount of both meat and pineapple. I had high expectations for this place (and for pastor tacos in Mexico, in general) and so far I've been very disappointed.More

I was weary of pork on a spit in the middle of the street but this seasoned meat and mini tacos with amazing sauces is the perfect treat anytime. fair price, quality ingredients great value. I made several stops throughout my time in sayulita.

Torta was fine, but no better than that. I’ve had MUCH better tortas for half the price from a dozen random puestos in a dozen random pueblitos. We have to take into consideration WHO is writing these reviews. If the majority come from Joe Blow...of Idaho... Sayulita is a tourist town and tourists will eat anything and rave about it. In the end—-we are all on our own.More

We went there our second day here because of the reviews. We weren’t at all impressed. The meat was super salty and staff weren’t very friendly. Willing to try one more time as it could’ve been an off day for everyone.

Best place for late nite tacos in Sayulita. The El Pastor is done correctly. If you don't see the meat on the spit with fire. You didn't eat an authentic El Pastor. The hot sauce has a kick as well.

The best tacos in Sayulita. Went there twice, had the carne ASADA and the al pastoor and they were amazing but if you have to pick one, go with the Al pastoor. That little sliver of pineapple in there adds a punch of flavour. So...good!More

They start setting up around 5/6pm, open around 7pm and are open until they run out. One day we ate there at 11:30pm and there was plenty and another day almost everything was gone by 9pm. So it varies on the day and demand.
