Absolutely incredible! We cannot say enough about this place. We discovered it on day 2 of 7 and went back every evening the rest of the week. The food is creative and delicious, best in Sayulita. We had been waiting all week for Achara to be open. They are closed Mon-Wed. We were not disappointed by the wait. We shared the chicken satay, mahi skewers, and pad Thai MMMMM!!!! Such a cool spot inside. Open kitchen in the middle makes for...fun viewing while you eat. My only negative is how warm it was inside (maybe from the open kitchen?). But, that made it REALLY feel like Thailand. haha. Cannot wait to come back again.More

We ordered delivery of almost everything on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed the food! Frankly it was better than most of what I can get in Thai Town in LA. The curries were out of this world! Pad Thai was delicious. Satay too. The online...ordering process via Facebook messenger was smooth and easy and the food arrived quickly. Thank you Achara!!More
Achara is a must in Sayulita. Food is great -very faithful to Asian cousin-, drinks are amazing, staff is a 10. Make sure you book in advance, and ideally get there early because best dishes are out of stock before you know it.
Excellent food. Both plates I tasted there were great. The wait line can be long so try to make a reservation or go at an off time, like early dinner.
The facade is understated, walk in and the the attentional detail will surprise you, it’s a small yet very well curated space. The service is good, kind and efficient. The menu is focusing on staple dishes but all are legit.. ok maybe the spring roll...not so much but the green curry will blow you away.. Hats off for making this happen in Sayulita. Unquestionably the best Thai this side of Guadalajara! We were more than happy and will be back. This prices are not blown out of proportion like many questionable holes in the walls of sayulita. Totally worth it.More
This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Sayulita! You seriously can’t go wrong with any of their dishes and the drinks are delicious as well!
Everything on their menu is delicious. The Pad Thai is spectacular. Literally Everything is 5 star. The drinks are very well made and the overall presentation is very pleasing.
We visited Achara Thai on the recommendation of friends that had visited, and we were not disappointed! The staff and owners took great care of us, the drinks were fantastic, and the appetizers and curries were delicious (highly recommend the green papaya salad!). Definitely a...spot to check out when you are visiting - worthwhile to inquire about booking a day or two in advance, as this place is popular with locals and visitors alike!More
Achara feels like a treat in a pretty laid back Sayulita town. The cadillac margarita was to DIE for, and like many people have mentioned, the tuna summer rolls are insane. We also got the mahi mahi skewers and the panang curry and left stuffed...and ready to come back for more. The restaurant itself truly feels like you snapped a restaurant out of NYC and snuck it into Mexico. The restaurant/bar next door plays live music, so if you sit outside you can often get dinner and a show!More
You wouldn't think you would get great Thai food in Mexico, but here it is. The menu is small, but everything is fresh, local and filled with flavor. The sangria blanco is delicious and my favorite meal is the panang curry. The crispy egg rolls...are a must to start off your meal. There is a super cute area way in the back to sit if you have a group of 6-10 people. I love everything about this place and it is a regular on my rotation when we are living in Sayulita.More
Easily one of the best places in Sayulita if not the whole of Mexico - every dish is delicious with it's own take on Thai classics, having lived in Thailand I can tell you this spot is comparable to some of my favorite spots over...there. Definitely add this place to your list people!!More

I did not come to Mexico to have Thai food and am mad at myself for not being able to stop myself from going here. It's just so good. I'm from Portland and we have great Thai food there. This is either comparable to the...best we have or better. It's a little spendy for Sayulita restaurants, but obviously they know that they'll hook if you if try it once. Argh!More
