Patty's has been reinvented it seems by her son Randy. Wonderful southern cooking, attentive waitresses and lovely dining Music. The best is their dessert case full of awesome cakes, brownies, fruit pies and mile high cream pies. Definitely have dessert first.

Great food, great service! Very impressed! Great place to stop on your way down I 55. I am so glad they reopened. I plan to make it a regular stop when visiting Hayti. Great catfish, American, pond raised, not Asian.

Went in and picked up menu to make my choices while the waitress was on the phone. Another person came in which the waitress knew, he got waited on first. I left.

Varied menu everything from salads to entrees . All food is homemade nothing out of the can. I had the catfish with slaw, cucumbers and onion salad and Lima beans all where excellent . And the catfish is US also!

Patty Ann's has been re-opened for about three week. We had an outstanding lunch there. The chicken salad and homemade lemonade were the best I've ever had. Very charming upscale atmosphere but extremely reasonable prices. Will definitely go there again the next time we're in Hayti for work or traveling through.

If you’re looking for fine dining, don’t come here. But, if you’re looking for good, old fashioned family dining, you’ve come to the right place. Despite the menu, there was no soup (which I was craving). They DID have fried chicken (“That takes 15 minutes to cook.”), and my two-piece serving with good cole slaw and baked beans with pieces... They weren't out of business today! Great little place, right across from the Drury Inn. Their hamburger was delicious and the corn on the cobb so moist and tender. The BBQ chicken half special was great and came with 2 sides. The dinner rolls were made fresh in the restaurant and were so tender and delicious! This place was a... More

I've eaten at Patty Ann's several times over the years, but on my latest visit (Jan. 20, 2014) I found it's closed. A "for lease" sign is out in front. The clerk at the hotel where I'm staying said the original owner quit running the place and the new proprietors couldn't make a go of it. Too bad.

We found this restaurant after pulling off the interstate for lunch. It was a pleasant surprise. The special was 2 pieces of fried chicken (you could select which pieces you wanted) and 2 sides. The chicken was moist and not overly breaded. The sides were average. A loaf of homemade bread was served with the meal and it was delicious.... More
