I had a bacon cheese burger with the hickory BBQ sauce. It was ok. Definitely edible, just not great. My fries were cold and completely lacking flavor. My husband ordered the prime rib. I have to admit, I was completely grossed out by his steak....It was grey. It was the weirdest color of meat I have ever seen. He said it tasted ok, but was definitely not a good, quality piece of meat. It was also very fatty. None of the workers were wearing masks. I’m not sure what the policies are in Hannibal, but it was strange to us. They did try to separate the diners for the most part. We will never have an excuse to eat here again.More

The food here was very good and large portions. I had the tenderloin & sweet potato waffle fries. The place was clean and the staff was nice. I would have given it 5 stars, but more of a local place, off the beaten path. If...you have limited time in Hannibal, it would be better to go to a more unique place to eat. This was right by our hotel though and very convenient to walk to (Comfort Inn.)More

We took our kids to Hannibal to visit the Mark Twain cave over Labor Day weekend. We stopped for lunch at Fiddlestiks, based on Trip Advisor reviews. Very nice restaurant - bright, friendly and welcoming. It was a busy place but the service was excellent...and our food came promptly. Everything we ordered was excellent and the portions were generous (even the kids meals). The cost was very reasonable too. We loved the pretzel bites appetizer, and I agree with another reviewer that the sweet potato fries were the best we’ve ever tasted. Great place; you’ll be glad you stopped!More

There were 4 of us at Fiddlestiks for a birthday dinner. Three of the four in our group were very happy with their entrees. I had prime rib and was disappointed with it. It wasn’t as moist and flavorful as the prime rib I have...had at other places. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever had. That in itself would bring me back to Fiddlestiks in future visits to Hannibal. I am attaching pictures of all the food my group ordered.More

Our server seemed more overwhelmed than making our visit enjoyable. Our ticket says her name was Kim. The mushroom caps were very good. My A1 burger was tasty. My wife's steak pasta was terrible. Steak was chewy and had a lot of gristle. The restaurant...was way over crowded so social distancing was not even close to a reality. Very disappointed.More

We enjoyed the food and service here. The price was right for what we got. By the vibe, we were sure it was a chain, but were surprised to find out it's just in Hannibal. **If you are an out-of-towner from a blue state, be...aware that the coronavirus apparently doesn't exist here. Zero covid precautions whatsoever. It didn't bother my husband and I much, but it was quite an interesting experience coming from a "blue state" where everything is shut down, and arriving here as if life was completely normal. We were literally laughing at each other when we sat down and saw a restaurant full of people. No masks. No 6-feet distancing. It felt like 2019 all over again. The locals all seemed perfectly happy, and looking at Hannibal MO's covid number's doesn't show an outbreak at all.More

We have eaten here a couple of times before. We've always been seated promptly, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the servers are very polite and helpful. We will definitely be eating here again in the future.

Skip the Jambalaya pasta!!!! It was missing flavor and the meat!!! On the other hand the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes was outstanding! Good portions! The cheese stick was the best part of the meal.

The food is good as is the service but it is a the basic type of restaurant situated next to motels. Nothing unique about the interior. It has the usual pictures of Marylyn Monroe, Elvis, etc. It was also disturbin that, during the pandemic crisis,...there was no six foot divisions or any other precautions.More

We had the opportunity to stay in Hannibal again and went back to Fiddlestiks for dinner since we staying at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Once again, it didn't disappoint. We had 2 different fish dinners and 1 was chicken, so we all loved our...food. Service was great, too.More
