Had a great breakfast and my eggs cooked perfect the way I want it. Good coffee too! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I’d come back if in the area. Only mistake was me miscalculating the tip. I did not leave enough! Yikes!

The Roadside Country Diner offers the best club sandwiches and sweet potato fries around. Highly recommend.

Food and service is always great, and the coffee is usually pretty good. Fairly fast and very friendly.

We had ordered a BLT sandwich, and found the lettuce was black, slimy, and on the way to going rotten! The sandwich tasted horrible and but my husband had removed the lettuce. (I took several photos) When we informed the owner, she promptly got another...piece of lettuce from the kitchen and waved it in our faces, stating, 'see it has purple in it' but it was black in our opinion. How rude. What happened to the customer is always right? We should have left but I was afraid to complain too much, as she was still cooking my breakfast and we were on a tight schedule that day. My husband is a professional chef and says, it should have been tossed into the garbage where it belonged. We had another bad experience before this and hoped things changed. Nine months previous we had an appointment and asked for our drinks first, and were told no, we must order first and then when she was ready she would bring us our beverages.More

Long wait time for two breakfasts that were mediocre and we got our toast late! It wasn't even busy! The young blonde server didn't greet us upon arrival, seat us, say hello or how are you, ask how everything was or refill our coffee. I...doubt we'll be back.More

We had breakfast there yesterday. It is a small restaurant but very friendly staff. I had an veggie omelette with home fries, toast and coffee. My husband had eggs and bacon, home fries and toast. A bit of a screw up with the toast ,...but they fixed it finally. But jams, etc on table. They make sure we had lots of coffee. But they are a bit expensive. Our bill was just under $28.00. But in a small town it was a decent restaurant.More
