What good is a restaurant or a brewery without edible food or drinkable beer? I received a burnt pulled pork sandwich with not only burnt bread but the onions in it were burnt as well with unseasoned pork. Daughters burger was not even half eaten...due to off taste. Beer was incredibly bitter for having a stated low IBU, per their website, because they don’t give you a beer menu. Honestly I don’t know why they bother anymore, this used to be a decent (but not great) place to eat but it’s time to move on, just give it up already if this is what you’re going to serve people.More

Great experience. They bent over backwards to accommodate our group of 16 celebrating Columbia College graduation for 2 families from out-of-town. Advance phone calls gave us the instructions to follow the no reservation policy, but get our party accomplished. Thank you Manager, Tehya-hostess, and J-...our server. Columbia support this business!More

The server-McKenzie was awesome - we were a group of 9 and she was most patient. The manager Elena was most accommodating . Great place to meet up with friends. Good food!

Friendly staff, seated quickly, drink and food options were ideal. I tried the Hefeweizen and pork tacos. Both were very flavorful, good portion and food was plated very well.

I've been wanting to visit this place for years, finally got a chance on a non-game day Saturday. In town for HS Band competition, and brought several other parents with us. Put our name in, went to the bar to get drinks, had a table...before the last of us got our beers. They didn't have the dough for pizza that day, which had several bummed out because their pizza options looked great. Everyone got something great and we were sharing between the couples. I got the Coffee Rubbed bone in Pork chop with Bacon jam on it...that meal was transformational. Had some garlic mashed potatoes with it, and every bite was a taste explosion in a very good way. I had the Oil Change Stout and the Honey Wheat which were both great and paired with the meal perfectly. Someone got the green chili ale, and it was a bit much, but smelled like fresh cut peppers. All in all this place is really good, and our server was awesome at taking care of us and our table's needs.More

Absolutely fabulous food and service. There is something for everyone! The server, Brian (?) was ever mindful of our wishes, kept water and drink glasses filled and was wonderful!

Had a great visit. You may want to reserve or call ahead. Had a small wait on a busy Saturday. Many college football fans out on a Saturday. Had a great experience at this place.

First the good, even though they were obviously short staffed the service was excellent! The outdoor area is shaded and lovely. Now to the not so good, the food and beer. Overall the food wasn’t very good. The pulled pork was almost inedible, it seemed...like bad brisket instead. And the beer was underwhelming. Overall our experience wasn’t equal to other reviews.More

This was one of the places recommended to us. Personally for us the food was average. Service was slow at first but they were busy. Only seating when we got there was at the bar. Service ended up as good once they cleared some of...the bar. Might be great for you……More

This is always a great choice when in CoMo. It's been around for a while, which is quite a feat in a college town, and they're still making good quality brews and food. There is generally a wait, no matter what time of day you...arrive, but it's a large enough place that the wait generally goes pretty quickly. The inside and bar area are loud (as you'd expect), but the outside patio area is a nice space for a warm day, with enough umbrellas and shade. Their veggie burger is my go-to here, but I have tried other things that have all been good. The green chili beer, however, is the real star of the show. You know that smell that you get when you open a bag of kettle cooked jalapeno chips? Welp, that's what this smells like, and it's awesome. The heat when you sip it isn't going to blow your face off or anything, it's just a nice, slow and mellow burn that really works well. Remember, you are likely going to have to wait for a seat, so get there early and before you feel like you could eat a horse. It'll be worth it.More

The food and setting are fantastic at Flat Branch, but the wait is long. The food is really good and service, okay at best, but I do know they are having waiter shortages, which is most likely the issue. I recommend any appetizers, beer, or...a good cream soda for the non-alcoholic options.More

The entrance is quite welcoming through the patio entrance on the parking lot side of the building. The full menu has some unique items. Samples of their beers are available. Portions are generous. Waitresses and servers were really nice and helpful. I would definitely go...back.More

Having moved to Southern Oregon, we missed this place. We were so fond of Flat Branch that we opened up our own pubs out in Oregon. After a long bout of Covid-19 cabin fever, we came back to Columbia for a quick visit, and we...met some friends here. We had great service, great beer and great food.More

We don't currently have a call ahead wait list. The best way to handle something like this is for some of your party to come down to the pub and get on the wait list, then call in the rest as you get close to being seated... More
