Main Squeeze Natural Foods Cafe is what happened when a love of food and a passion for sustainability met a community filled with hungry, loving people. At Main Squeeze we are celebrating a decade of serving healthy and delicious all-natural foods. Super fresh and tasty food and drinks are central to our success, but we think it's our mission that keeps folks coming back.

Vegetarian favorite!

Downtown Columbia offers many good local restaurants, but as a vegetarian restaurant Main Squeeze is unique. Salads, soups, sandwiches and my favorite, "the works" (a rice and bean bowl) are all vegetarian. The food is mostly local sourced. Nutritious and delicious! They also make a mean smoothie.

I feel great about eating at Main Squeeze, whether I'm there for a quick bowl of short-grain brown rice or a wonderful breakfast burrito. It is a very cheerful place, too.

We stopped here on our way through Columbia -- SO glad we did! Everything we had was amazing, from the vegan chicken salad sandwiches, to the hummus wrap, to our Thunder kiss smoothie -- and we can't forget the dessert. My husband raved about his espresso mint cookie and my date and apple bar was wonderful. This is great food... More

I eat here most days when I'm in town. I've been to tons of vegetarian/vegan restaurants all over and this is hands down the best! I can't think of a place that is more creative with flavors and menu variety. Everything is fantastic and most items can be made vegan. Every time I bring a newbie they love it, even... More

The Main Squeeze is a locally owned vegetarian restaurant that specializes in local and organic produce. Food is prepared to maximum flavor and is terrific. Fresh juices and smoothies will keep you coming back! The Braveheart Smoothie is excellent!

In town reminiscing and had to hit Main Squeeze for a healthy but tasty start to our day on a Saturday am. I had " The Works" superb, husband had the rancheros and we split a Mary Ann and Ginger fresh juice- everything was perfect, service prompt and courteous, bathroom clean. We ate outside and enjoyed the mild summer weather... More

Every time I'm in Columbia, the Main Squeeze is a must! The food is soooo fresh. Many if not all of the items are from local farms. The prices are higher than average, but not expensive. The staff is always kind & helpful. If you want meat, this isn't your place. Vegetarian and Vegans rejoice! I highly recommend the Lavender... More
