Great food and service. Would have been a five but it was very loud with zero ambiance. Im not a fan of sitting people in the bar for over the top prices. There are better places to dine for the prices charged.

We always have such a great time when we visit. The food is higher priced, but SOO worth it. The phrase, "you get what you pay for", plan to bring home leftovers! Their portions are HUGE!

What I ordered: lump crab soup, sirloin steak, apple pie. The soup was awesome with large chunks of crab. The steak was perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned (I like mine a bit more seasoned but not everyone does). And the pie was awesome with 2scoops of ice cream to go with it. Service was excellent, a nice cozy atmosphere if you... More

Great food, great service, and great value. A very popular restaurant in Chesterfield. Like most popular restaurants, you will have to wait for a table - but worth it.

We had a private booth which was nice because the restaurant was very loud. However, it was a little bit stressful when the waitress did not immediately come and we had no way of knowing if/when she was coming. So, maybe the hostess and the waitress could better coordinate the arrival of the waitress or the hostess could take drink... More

Unbelievably popular hangout for yuppies. Food is OK, but overpriced. Been around a long time and has an obvious following of regulars.

Our waiters were two ladies named Judy, who did an outstanding job of helping to make this a great meal. The steaks, seafood and wine were superb. An expensive evening, but a great way to celebrate a special occasion. (Try the bone-in filet.)

Great as usual . The smoked catfish gumbo was the best. Lou always outdoes himself. Can't wait for his next creation.

A real institution with a huge following. It was packed on a Tuesday night. They change the menu often and have several daily specials. Don't miss the smoked shrimp. Steaks awesome. Excellent wine list.

I know that pork and beef are the main staple of this eclectic little place. We went for heritage chicken (very nice sauce and succulent), Black Bass (from the ocean) and I think the Pike. we all took a bite and declared each others' entrees very acceptable and went back to our own choice. Service was great and knowledgeable. The... More
