Worth the money

The pretzel is amazing. The pizza is small but has a very good flavor. Our waitress was spot on with her beer recommendation. Everyone was friendly and the experience as a whole was great. It is a small place so I’m not sure how easy you would be able to get a seat on a Friday or Saturday night but we went on a Wednesday evening and had no trouble.

First time to Cape Girardeau as it was a halfway meeting point to meet my brother & sister-in-law for my birthday celebration and the fact we hadn’t seen each other in over two years. We wanted a brewery and this was the only one open on our arrival. We had a couple beers, pizzas & salads. We started with the pretzel as well. Food was good but our waitress was very slow….our pizza arrived at room temperature not piping hot out of the oven. The hostess had a lot of personality and very welcoming, as was the bartender.

Cozy Casual Brewery with Fabulous Food

We had dinner here on a Saturday Night while traveling through. Even though it was a week-end night, we were seated promptly and had good service. The place was lively, casual, and busy—a festive atmosphere. We had a salad, a pizza, and one of their house brews. Everything was terrific. The pizza crust was thin and crispy, with fresh and tasty toppings. The salad was also fresh, with high quality greens and veggies. The beer was fairly priced and was an interesting blend of flavors. Parking was easy on the street and close by. If I’m in the area again, I will go back.

Terribly slow food service. People around us got their food and finished eating before we got ours. We ordered brunch and it took 53 minutes to get food and then we had no utensils. I think the food would actually be pretty good if it didn’t come out cold. I felt sorry for our waiter because at about 40 minutes and he came out and said they were short staffed did you have knives on the forks.

Worst kitchen ever!

First want to say meals were comped, so I'm not looking for freebies. Just wanted to warn future patrons. If you dont want to wait 2 hours and 25 minutes for a cold and nasty Reuben with luke warm soup, might want to find another place to eat. The kitchen at Minglewood is the most ridiculous excuse for food service this side of gas station sushi.

Disappointing Brunch

We were seated promptly and had good service. The Bloody was good, but went downhill from there. Ordered 3 different entrees...everything tasted bland. When we asked the server what flour they used to make the "Buttermilk" biscuits, the server said they were frozen pillsbury. Basically the same biscuits you get from the hospital cafeteria. The gravy tasted like the kind you get from a can. When we asked about jelly or "jam" they touted online, she said they stopped serving it and didn't have anything but butter. Very disappointing experience - would suggest you try Mary Janes instead...always had great food/service there.

Great Sunday breakfast with best coffee in town!

My husband and I totally enjoy having breakfast/brunch at Minglewood Brewery in downtown Cape Girardeau MO. There are a lot of menu items to choose from including some great breakfast pizzas. My favorite is the maple bacon! My husband likes the biscuit bowls and other great choices. They have the best coffee in town as well as great alcoholic breakfast drinks (the Bloody Mary could be a meal in itself)! Their lunch and dinner menus and their own beer menu are always good choices too. A great “home town” place to have a great meal!

Great pizza! Wrong time👎

We love their pizza. Thin and crispy crust. Pick your toppings. Went at 11:30 Sunday and they weren't serving pizza until 1? They were serving brunch. That's great, but 11:30 is lunch time. Very disappointed! We left. Inglewood, you NEED to change that. We don't eat lunch at 1😐

Great IPA’s

Very impressed by their two New England IPA’s. We had just eaten, though their pizzas looked outstanding. Just a lovely and inviting bar with nice selection of beers. We picked up a couple 16 oz cans to go - it was that good. Definitely will go back and sample the food.

Eat and Drink Local! Delicious every time

Outstanding local brewpub with an outstanding selection of beers. Our server was on-the-spot. She knew the menu, all of the beverages, whether in-house or guest taps, and took good care of us. A variety of locally sourced options, including vegan. Delish. We visit every time we are in town.

Saw billboard from highway. We were staying at a local campground = try. So we tried the pretzel that was recommended, yummy. How can you go wrong with a pretzel with beer cheese. Then ordered a pizza, also yum. Dont forget the beer, so good. Will recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Delicious food, great beer and service!

Comfortable, outdoor dining area with shade and water bowl for the dog. Attentive service, great beer and delicious food… all at very reasonable prices! Enjoyed the Ruben with tomato bisque and a fresh, cold, crisp salad at lunch.

Great Service, Cold Craft Beer and Foods

Great smile right of the bat, Tatum was very nice and pleasant and quickly suggested a one of Minglewood’s own Blond Ales, Delish! Very quick kitchen service, first a crisp garden salad and a nice thin crust ItalianMeats Pizza. Great atmosphere and comfortable nice set up for sure. Diffidently going to be a repeater for me, betting for you too.

Good beer, good food

Ventured out after a long day of driving, what a great choice! Simple, friendly, beer centered. Really good IPA. Good food choices, nice portions and tasty!! We both had melts, included salad and soup, yum! The pizzas looked great too. Would definitely stop here again.

No pretzel, ordered but not delivered

Pizza is nothing to write home about. Ordered a pretzel for appetizer but it never came. Was really looking forward to the pretzel. Service was okay. Was really looking forward to the pretzel. Not sure if I would give it another chance. Was really looking forward to the pretzel.
