We ate at the restaurant and had an enjoyable meal. It has limited seating but is sparkling clean with very good service. I think it is a mom and pop place and they hire a server. He was in training but did a good job....Our shrimp spring rolls were excellent. My wife had pho with shrimp and mine was with beef. The portions were perfect. Pho soup Noodles were not cooked done, beef was so tough I could not chew it, bean sprouts were rotten. Sandwich bread was not edible. Don’t recommend
Food was just ok but, it's way overpriced. Doubtful I will return. Obviously a bowl of noodles is very expensive to make.
I usually get the rice bowl with chicken but today I tried something different. I had the sweet Jalapeno with beef. I loved it. I will try it again on the next visit. The only downside to this restaurant is the wait. It took 40...minutes on a carryout order with only three customers in the place. I got there at 11:15 am placed an order and walked out with food in hand at 11:50 am. If they could figure out how to streamline the kitchen it would increase profits. The quality is there just needs tweeking.More
It’s so disappointing and awful that I don’t live a whole lot closer to this place!!! Folks, don’t let the weird little store front detour you, it’s worth it! It’s simple, it’s not the fastest place in the world, the menu isn’t horribly diverse, but...what they do make, they do it well! We ordered the Sweet Jalapeño with chicken and a pork Bahn Mi. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, just done right! I love it, heck I might even make the 2 hour trip back just to eat it again!!More
Absolutely fantastic! Loved the Banh mi sandwich—rice bread was amazing. Great flavors, a little sweet, a little spice and perfectly crunchy baguette.
Husband and I ENJOYED a GREAT lunch, with fresh tasting and fresh looking food! Staff explained some menu items , which made ordering, much easier for us! You could tell they wanted us to be happy with our meal , AND WE DEFINITELY WERE! We...even ordered some takeout food , as wanted to try another entree and pho soup! A new go-to place for us!!More
I eat here often because the food is tasteful and the staff is like family. If you are looking for a nice experience or a causal date Pho 8 is your place. P.s. this place is vegetarian friendly! -Nikko
we travel a lot, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pho. the beef one tasted authentic, and the vegetarian one was actually very flavorful (including the noodles). a great option!
This is a weekly lunch spot. I try to eat low carb. I get the Sweet jalapeño with now rice. They load it up with veggies. It’s awesome.
It seems to me to be more of a take out food place than a sit in restaurant. It does have a few tables but and you can eat there but their is no atmosphere. I did get take out. The noodle soup was excellent....The cookies for dessert were very good. Service was good. I went inside and ordered and it did not take very long. Prices are reasonable. Gladly go back.More
We like to come here during our lunch when we are at work. The food is very fresh and hot when you get it. However, it may take a little longer than usual. It’s worth the wait. I wish they had more to choose from...when it comes to drinks. You can always count on the quality of the food. Owner is very nice and helpful.More
It took them 30 minutes to make a very small portion of chicken and rice noodles. When I received the plate the chicken was icebox cold. Meaning they made the meat ahead of time and didn't warm it properly. Disgusting. I will never return. That...was my first and last time eating there.More
My wife and I come here at least twice a month. We both usually get the rice bowl with chicken. Only one time have we ever had a problem and that is when a new cook put too much vinegar in the food. I like...all dishes but am partial to the rice bowl with chicken. I like the fact that the food is always fresh and hot when served. What I like least is if you come right at lunch it's hard to find a private table to sit at as well as having to clean your own table.
