The staff were very knowledgeable of their menu and recommended a number of items we were extremely satisfied. The crawfish etouffee was one of the best I’ve had and the gumbo extremely tasty. The popcorn Cajun shrimp was extremely good as well.

Fantastic food, cute little restaurant. Three of us had the seafood gumbo with crabmeat, red beens with rice and side of salad. Excellent meal would go back again if get close to the area.

The food was just ok. We had the appetizer sampler platter. This included fried foods that all tasted the same & served with ketchup. I ordered a draft beer and the glass was dirty. We never got our salad and there was a couple arguing...and yelling behind us the entire time. Overall, it was not great and we will not be returning,More

Good, authentic Cajun-style food in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. I took a short trip on my bike to eat here today, and came back happy! My last time here was around 10 years ago when my brother was visiting from Canada. Reasonable prices and a...good number of customers for a Thursday. Recommended!More

The Jambalaya is spot on!! This is the second time we have eaten here. Hubby had the burger and fries and said it was good too! Always a good spot to eat when you’re looking for some New Orleans cuisine.

Bianca was our waitress. She was exceptional! We never had to ask for anything during our whole meal. Our food selections were served in a timely manner. Everything was hot and prepared to our taste. Try out their desserts...they are super tasty, too! I guarantee...that you will not leave here hungry...large servings of everything.More

We were placed in a room with a large crowd which was very noisy. We couldn’t actually hear each other talk. Service was extremely slow and we felt ignored several times. We had to ask for our salad which have been ordered previous. I think...this restaurant has had better days. Perhaps they were shorthanded I don’t know but we will not be back.More

The jambalaya had a LOT of rice. It was flavorful with chicken and sausage, but not remarkable, Hurricane had no flavor, very disappointed. Tables for 2 were tiny with a large portion taken up by a large roll of paper towels. Does not take reservations...On a busy downtown street.More
