Four couples, all on motorcycles, stumbled on this on our scenic ride. We’re all from Wisconsin, & really don’t get catfish at restaurants (we have the Friday night fish Fry’s that’s usually haddock, cod, walleye, perch, etc…). We thought we would just have a quick...drink but a few in our group wanted to eat. Am I glad we did. It was a Sunday and they had an all you can eat catfish dinner or catfish w/ fried chicken combo. A few in our party had that, a shrimp dinner, steak & chicken dinner, taco salad & one appetizer of spicy fried green beans. Everything was so delicious! Catfish was made to perfection, personally I’ve only had it once & it was blackened. Those that had catfish for the first time loved it! The sides are generous portions so most of us couldn’t finish our meals. I highly recommend this restaurant if you can get there! So delicious and the service was great!More

We were a group of four, we were seated immediately and our waitress (Ashley) greeted us quickly. She did an outstanding job. The food was very good, the portions were large and tasty. The gravy on the Chicken Fried steak was not the usual bland...white gravy, it has a lot of flavor. The fish was fresh and cooked properly. A very nice "comfort food meal".More

Finally had the chance to try this place. The food was good, but wasn’t great. Our service was very good, very attentive. Would probably return here if I go back to the area. Note to the hostess, watch your language, this customer did hear you.

We come here each time we are in Cape Fair. The food is wonderful, great service, good variety on the menu.

Definitely not a place to order a steak. I know sirloin is not the best cut of steak but this one had a gray color and wasn't tender at all. I did not like the cajun mayo corn at all. The corn was a few...days past freshness. The waitress and the candles for purchase were the 2 best things about this place.More

If your looking for local charm with great food - I'd suggest this stop! We drove in from Branson and were glad we did. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, and family friendly.

Food was excellent from fish to ribs to burgers to fried pies. Everything was great. Service was awesome as well. One thing to note is that it is a part of Billy Gail’s .

Food has always been terrific- chicken & fish but tried their brisket and it was all fat and don’t recommend it !!!! Terrible!

RUBBER FISH! Held in warmer too long. What happened to quality control? $40 bucks down the drain. We were so disappointed. I’ve ranted and raved about Flat Creek to all my friends for years and have brought a group of different ones here once or...twice a year. That’s ended now. What ever you do don’t eat here late.More

Surprise find! We found this place by accident on our way home. It was amazing! Such large portions. Food was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back. We had to wait about 15 minutes at 2:00 on a Sunday so be prepared to wait. It’s worth...it. Prices were reasonable too.More
