We stopped on a gorgeous fall afternoon day after a spirited gypsy road trip around the Lake of the Ozarks. Our delightful server Jordan greeted us and explained some of the unique wines which we ordered. We shared a charcuterie platter of 4 exceptional cheeses,...including a robust blue cheese accompanied by a salami, and warm pita like bread which was delicious. Highly recommendedMore

We went there for a late lunch and a glass of wine. The wine was very good and so was the food. Definitely going back next time we are in the area.

While visiting family we decided to go taste some wine. So glad we stopped in here. The place was spotless! We had know idea they served food so that was a great surprise. Tables were spaced way apart. You get 3 free wines to taste....Service was amazing, the salad I had was enough for 2 but I ate it all (smile). My husband & nephew had pizza & said delicious. We bought some wine to bring home & I LOVE the fact that you can buy small bottles in most of the wine, so you can create a mixed 6-pack. Will definitely go back.More

Ozark Wine Trail Stop 2 Don’t let the outside deceived you. Looks like an ordinary sit down restaurant. But in reality it’s both a tasting room and a full restaurant. We didn’t stay for a meal here. But the sweet wines were good.

My husband and I are in the Fort Leonard Wood area visiting our son and daughter-in-law and this was our first stop along the Lake of the Ozark Wine Tasting Trail. The sign in front of the building is large but the lettering for some...reason blended in with the buildings and we passed it up while driving. We made a U-turn and arrived on Friday, July 10th around 1:00 pm and it was not busy at all. Once inside, we were welcomed by a nice young girl named Jordan who presented us with the Golden Rock Wine List. Each of us chose different wines to taste and share which allowed us a broader selection to choose from. As Jordan poured the wine, she gave us a nice history of each bottle. We enjoy the sweet wines. Our favorites are Melon Mania and Orchard Mist. They offer a discount for purchasing a full case so we left happy knowing we have some awesome tasting wine and received a nice discount! They also offer a food Menu, if we had more time we would have ordered something to eat. Highly recommend stopping in!More

Stopped in for a wine tasting on a whim. Great stop! Welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable friendly staff. Wine was good- wine sampling followed by a flight. Will be back to check out the restaurant.

We frequent the Lake area and didn't have any clue this place was there. I just happened to google while up there the other day to see if there was anything new we weren't aware of and found this place. The building is very plain...from the outside but the wines were all amazing. Too bad they don't have a prettier outside area to sit and relax or this would easily become one of our favorite places to visit. Will definitely be back for more wine. Think it would definitely be beneficial for this place to advertise a little better and get more traffic in the doors.More

My wife and I went to Golden Rock based on TripAdvisor reviews and they didn't do the place justice. The woman who assisted us (the owner's daughter) was amazing. The tasting was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. We had the...Cali Syrah, French Merlot, two different Cabs, and a Pinot Noir. Just amazing wines and the flat breads were so delicious. Honestly, if this was in our hometown I'd go every month!More

We initially went here for wine tasting as there are not of those in the area. However, upon entering, this is a beautiful restaurant and tasting place. Food was unique & delicious! Wine tasting followed with Jordan. We explained to Jordan after lunch that we...had other stops to make and could she put our take home food in a couple of bags to keep it cold. She took that a step further filling a bag with ice and double bagging it to prevent leaking....much appreciated! She did a wonderful job explaining and educating us on the wines they offered. We ended up buying a couple of bottles to take home. Kudos to Jordan and Golden Rock Winery!More

I can not answer that as I did not ask when we were there. they are very nice people. I would suggest stopping in for a glass of wine and reviewing the menu and asking about organic.
