Got greeted by some human poop . This place looks run down. HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Rather go to Olive garden where the food doesn't taste like cardboard

First time to enjoy this restaurant, very good service, and great Italian food. All of us got something different, was prepared well, and tasty.

I would rank this place the same as a Circus Pizza type of environment as it has the arcade in it and offers more of that sort of environment. My husband and I were hoping for more for a cozy Italian place looking from the...outside. This would be a great place to bring your family for dinner and fun. My husband had the Italian club and was not impressed, but I enjoyed the cheese ravioli very much. (And the portion was big). **Try the Jack Frost!More

The food was very good. The spaghetti dish features one giant meatball which was interesting and tasty. The cake with lemon frosting was very refreshing. There is a little gift shop towards the front of the restaurant with nice, well priced items.

Sadly, I don't recommend this restaurant. I invited some friends to dine with me during Branson's Veteran's Week celebration. I was embarrassed having invited my friends. I ordered the Lasagna. Literally had NO taste to it. If my friends had not been with me, I...would have asked to have it replaced. My friends also commented, their entree's had very little flavoring - very bland. Our waitress (strong accent, possibly from Africa), spoke so low, I had to ask her repeat everything she said. My friends would actually tell me what she said. She needs to learn how to speak up or find a new career. Highly Disappointed with this restaurant.More

Very average. Service was very good but food quality was just average at best. Could have been hotter temp. Restaurant was clean, prices were fair.

This was a great hit with us. I am really picky when it comes to spaghetti sauce. But this one was great, a sweet sauce but not overly sweet, perfectly done! I got the spaghetti with the 1 large meatball, the meatball melted in your...mouth. My husband got the eggplant parmesan, he said it was okay, a little burnt on the edges but still was good. The atmosphere was cute, but it also has an upstairs arcade, so kids are running around. Overall was nice. we will return.More

Our family stopped in for lunch, and were seated immediately. My husband & I enjoyed lasagna & fettuccine from the lunch menu. Perfect portions for a summer day. My son & daughter split a chicken parm sandwich, and my oldest daughter enjoyed shrimp fettuccine. The...atmosphere was fun and the kids enjoyed the upstairs area with arcade games. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. We'd definitely stop in again.More

Better than I expected! The spinach dip was okay, didn’t taste home made more like just warmed up premade. Simple house salad was nice, I had the lasagna. It was delicious!! My husband had a trio and said his spaghetti and large meatball were good...and he liked the lasagne too. The breadsticks weren’t anything exciting. All in all we would go back.More

So, I was a little confused when we went in, because I was expecting separate themed dining rooms, and maybe those are in different areas? What I saw was a huge dining room with very small rooms to the side and a city-scape in the...main room. But I really didn't care about the decor as long as the food was good. And it was! It was probably the best eggplant parmesan I've ever had. However, they serve it with alfredo sauce on pasta, but yet the eggplant has marinara on it...that doesn't "match" for me. I asked for a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce when it came so I could adjust my meal, but it did take quite a while for that to come out; I was almost done. I was with my two 13 year old boys, and they both ate all the broccoli that came with the dinners. One of them had the grilled chicken, which he said was great, but he didn't like the mashed potatoes. The other had the chicken parmesan, and he nearly licked the plate clean. They both liked the breadsticks, but I could do without them. They taste just like the ones from Olive Garden. I didn't understand why the servers seemed to be running in and out so much for what looked like smaller seating areas they were responsible for. Our waitress was very nice and very competent, but if she wasn't coming to our table on her own, it was hard to get her attention. I saw a couple other tables having the same trouble with their waiter as well. I don't know if they're understaffed, but whether they are or aren't, I thought they did really well. I definitely recommend it, and I would be happy to eat here again if given the opportunity. Oh, we arrived at 6:15 on a Wednesday, and I was worried we'd have to wait, but we were seated immediately. Food took maybe 20 minutes to get out, (aside from the side of spaghetti and marinara sauce which did take longer than it should have) which we thought was reasonable.More

They have a limit of 400 guests at a time. This means that large gatherings can happen on the drop of a dime. This also means that all of the food is quick turn style foods. Pasta is easy enough but all other foods were...precooked frozen foods reheated. We were sat in “the wearhouse” with Eric. There were three other 3-4 tops that were finishing as we came in. After our food was brought, we didn’t see anyone for a while. Another table was added next to us and we had to ask that server for our ticket. Eric brought it in and left quickly. It is possible that he had tables elsewhere in the massive two story building and simply forgot about us. Fortunately we had some cash and left that.More

DON’T waste your money or time!! We had a group of 40 reservation. We got there about 30mins early to play in the arcade. The salads and desserts were already out (served on paper plates.) The salads were wilted. We talked to the manager and...she had nothing but attitude and was rude the rest of the meal. Our oldest kids (two 15year olds) waited in line to get change. When it came to their turn the employee told them she didn’t have time to break their bills to play games she has a long line to take care of first…. They just waited in that long line. Food was subpar at best. Chicken tasted like frozen chicken you get at school lunches. No seasoning on lasagna or spaghetti meatballs just plain red sauce. The breadsticks were dried out and hard. The dessert tasted good I had it not been sitting out on our paper plates for at least 2 hours. Best part of the visit was our waitress. Mona. While we had a group of 40 she was the only one assigned to attend to all of us. She busted her tail and could tell she was stressed out but she did the best she could. Won’t eat there again and sure would skip it if we had known ahead of time. They advertise the large seating available but not worth the food and price.More

Husband and I decided to take a few days to go to Branson, MO for a short Vaca and go see & visit a few things & do a few things while there. We had tickets to the Show Back To The Bee Gees on...Friday, June 30th and needed a place to have dinner after the 2 hr Show. Before the Show we scrolled looking to try a new Restaurant w “Flare” and Pasghetti’s w the OVERSIZED MEATBALL & FORK DISPLAY outside the Restaurant building caught our attention and signaled it was Italian Food so we thought, yeah let’s go there after the Show. We must say the OVERSIZED MEATBALL & FORK was incredibly neat and awesome for taking photos bc the MEATBALL has a huge opening in which you can walk through it other than that, that’s really the only draw and appeal to it although your kiddos will find it interesting and amusing. The Restaurant was quite full and busy but there are plenty of tables and seating options available. We did NOT have to wait to be seated which was great and our food was delivered to our table in a timely manner and fashion. I’m sorry to say that I don’t recall our little waitresses name but she was pleasant and friendly. However, the food for us definitely lacked in the “taste” & “flavor” area. Husband ordered the traditional Parmesan Chicken - which he received only (1) long thing Garlic Bread, (1) Medium Sized chicken and small amount of Spaghetti. He said it was “so-so” on the “taste” definitely nothing to write home abt. I, myself tried to go a little healthier and ordered what was supposed to be Garlic Italian Sauced Chicken Breasts, w Seasoned Broccoli & Garlic Mashed Potatoes. We both ordered Tea, Husband’s was Sweet and mine was supposed to be 1/2 Sweet & 1/2 Unsweet which tasted watered down and more like water if anything so my Husband added some Sweetner to my Tea which made it better and when we got refills I asked for Sweet Tea like his. Now my meal was the disappoint of the night, I did receive (2) nice sized Boneless Chicken Breast Patties however they were tender they tasted like “Cardbaord” to me - NO “taste”, NO “flavor” whatsoever, Garlic Mashed Potatoes were singing same tune bc if there were any “Garlic” in them you couldn’t taste it whatsoever - & NOT that I want huge glops of Garlic dumped in my Mashed potatoes but I would like for them to at least be tasteful, the hero of the night was the Broccoli which was so flavorful if I had known, I’d just had ordered that as a singular item! LOL bc Def the (1) piece of Chicken I choked down was hard enough to eat and I ate abt (2) bites of the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Again, disappointing. I’d say if you went there for Dinner stick w the Italian Foods selections at least according to my Husband you’ll get a “so-so” Dinner and can eat it. The REAL TREAT & FIND of this place is for your kiddos! It has a huge Game Room/Arcade upstairs and after you finish your meal downstairs you can give them some $$ send them upstairs be able to see them for an hour or two from your table and have a break. It’s truly a Family oriented Restaurant not really in our opinion a great place for Dinner or even Italian Cuisine. But for Kiddos it’ll be a huge hit!!!More
