This review is only on the atmosphere. For us we wanted a somewhat quieter meal. When we walked in it was a very lively and loud place. We sat down and looked at the menu. It was too loud to converse about our choices so we decided to seek our meal elsewhere. It was neither a good or bad experience,... More

Joe's is always a highlight of our family vacations! The food was perfect! We had a great view of the river a short wait (even though it was super busy for a Wednesday) and a great waitress! Don't trust your GPS to get you there (or at least Apple maps) because we got lost trying to find it (you have... More

We made reservations for 12 people. When we arrived they were lined up, it took only 10 minutes to get seated. It was all you can eat snow crab and we had some teen who love it. They were very good in keeping our drinks filled and plenty of crab coming out.

The views were breath taking and the people watching on the walkway was nice. The food was good but nothing over the top about it.

Went for a quiet late lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. It was myself, my mom & young daughter so a total of 3 in our party. The place was half empty and had lots of tables available. We asked for a small table by the window facing the lake and the hostess acted irritated by our request. After being seated... More

We went here for our anniversary and had a great time! The environment was fantastic and the food was phenomenal! This was my husbands first time here and he loved it! Our waitress suggested that we try the trio (King Crab, Queen Crab and Snow Crab). I was really glad we went that route because I learned that I loved... More

lobster & redfish was delicious...the sauce (bisque?) was wonderful. Popcorn shrimp was good. Fish and chips was very greasy and wouldn't get again. Overpriced for what you got. Restaurant was VERY loud, but was also packed. Would go back.

Went this past weekend to Joe's. Had the fish and chips and it was delicious. Ordering wine is a rip off. 7;50-8.25 a glass. Service was good and the place seemed decently clean. It was very busy when we went at 4:00.

I generally love Joe's. Pretty sure it's been a 5 from me in the past. It was headed there on a lovely Sunday afternoon. The place was pretty busy--and loud--but in a good way. Our server was super and the food we ordered as delicious as ever. However, we were seated where I had a view into the kitchen. One... More

There are only three Joe's crab shacks in Missouri. KC, St. Louis, and here. Great place to eat with great deals. Friendly staff and quick service. We always stop here.
