We are local and have eaten in every Mexican place in the Branson area. The food was as good as any of the other places and the prices seemed appropriate and in line with other Mexican places in the area. We were met promptly at the door and seated immediately. The chips and salsa came right out and the server took our orders. We were a table of four and had four different entrees, but the food was served hot in less than 10 minutes. The server was very gracious and friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. The menu is extensive with a wide variety of Mexican specialties.
My only complaint is that due to the physical location, the parking is tight and during peak times getting on and off of 76 Country Blvd can be an issue.
I've read some of the negative reviews and don't really understand how picky some people are. I give this place a thumbs up and recomment it.

As a frequent visitor to Branson, I'm always looking for unique restaurants. When driving down 76, I saw a sign that said "Voted Branson's Best Street Tacos." So I had to stop. Hunter was a great server - being both attentive and non-intrusive.
The street tacos were very good. Next time I'm going to order something from the combination platter offerings.

We have been going to Casa Fuentes for at least 15 years. It never disappoints. Great food. The salsa was absolutely delicious!! Things are done a little differently because of Covid 19 but that did not affect our food or service!!

My girlfriend and I went in for lunch. First thing is they tell you first chips are free after that you pay. Okay no problem except with the covid virus do I want to share a bowl of salsa? And a half bowl at that. I asked for hot sauce and got a medicine cup. Naturally, we ran out of salsa before we were half done eating. Couldn't get the waiters attention even though the place is small. Finally got his attention and after another ten minutes he brings out a medicine cup of salsa. I said we need salsa he said well if you want a bowl you'll have to pay for it. My food was cold so I said forget it. When we went to pay he charged us $2.50 for a medicine cup of salsa. Tried to charge me for a coke I didn't have (I drank water). Food was below average but he was the rudest waiter I've seen in years.

I am sorry for your bad experience. Our regular Salsa is served on a bowl, but our spicy Salsa is now served on a 2 oz container to avoid waste.

Very poor service and food quality. They brought out our queso and guacamole but no chips. When we asked for chips, we were told we will get them when our server has time. Only 1 other was table occupied. By the time we received our chips the queso was cold. We ordered 1 guacamole and they charged us for 2. When we told them we only ordered one and only received one, they argued with us and told us we had to pay for the second one. When we told them that we were not paying for the second guacamole, they said someone is going to pay for it. After long debate, we asked if they wanted a tip or the guacamole paid for, they told us someone is going to pay for the guacamole. Food wasn't that good either.

My wife and I ate here on Sunday 7/19/20 at 1:30 pm. Marlee was Very Friendly when we entered and sat us promptly. The Dining area only holds about 30 people. We ordered Margaritas, ( that came out of a Pre-Made Jug). Not worth the $9 each. I had the Fuentes Steak Burrito ,rice and Re fried bean, My wife Ordered the Carnitas with rice and Re Fried beans. The Food was Good, But Not Authentic. The Bill was $60. Great Service, Food was Okay, Margaritas were Nothing to back for. We will Try somewhere Else next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. It was delicious. Our waiter, Hunter, was amazing. I am gluten free, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my order. He was very attentive and personable. We have been eating here since the restaurant opened, and will continue to highly recommend it.

The food smelled delicious, and I was excited to try something new. Unfortunately, we never got to order. It is a super small place and we were told to sit anywhere. We sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. About ten minutes passed and the person standing right there saw us (again it is a small place) kept passing us by with no acknowledgement. He never said hi, never got us drinks, nothing. He waited on other tables who had their food,but we just sat there awkwardly as he continued passing us by for about ten minutes. We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to eat. Such a shame. We were looking forward to eating there.

We have been wanting to try Casa Fuentes since moving to Branson. What a delight and find! The service was excellent and so was the food. The enchiladas had quite a bit of flavor. The salsa is the best. The menu offers a variety of dishes. The margaritas were just okay, though.

We tried this place as it’s been around Branson for years. Chili rellenos were soaked in grease, batter was mush, barely any cheese. Salsa was blah. Server was fine, took a while to get drinks and chips. Food came quickly. I don’t know how it’s been around so long. Not good

We drove into Branson at 1:30 on Friday and were starving. Did a quick trip advisor search. This restaurant came up as the next one. We went in and it’s very small only about 12 tables. One man serving ( probably the owner). The reviews were mixed but we had a great meal. They have lunch specials. Like eating in abulita’s kitchen. We highly recommend.

Had never been here before but the pictures looked nice and clean so we decided on Casa Fuentes to meet a family member for lunch.
Our first impression was not good and I immediately knew I had made a mistake picking Casa Fuentes. Did not look like pictures, all the tables were dirty except two and it appeared they were using paper plates. Are you serious? Pape plates?
The only person we saw was on the phone and did not glance our way so we sat ourselves. Another family came in and took the only other table available. Still NO response or a "will be with you in a minute" from the girl on the phone
After waiting 10 minutes we tried to get her attention but she was not paying attention. The other family got up and left and we followed. She was STILL on the phone.
As we were leaving my husband said out loud you are not obviously in our business and will go elsewhere and said are you the only one here? She did reply yes and no I am sorry and just continued on with her phone conversation.
We ended up just a bit down the road on the left and had a wonderful lunch at another Mexican establishment

First time here. Branson 76 location. Picked up a dinner and app for wife, Togo. Steak taco app and carnitas. Carnitas were all fat. Fed it to the dog. She enjoyed 💪.
Tacos were meh at best. No flavor. I I tried one, to see what the wife complained about. And yea, bland as could be.
“Eat local, it’s better” sign should be removed.
Should have just went to Taco Bell.

We had a nice lunch after a full morning in Branson. I had the Fuentes burrito with chicken and my husband had the street tacos. Both were very good, service was also good, very attentive and friendly. This is a small restaurant although they have a nice large patio in the back.

We arrived late but they served us with gladness. We were hungry and didn’t take time for pics. We had Carne Asada and Bisteck Ala Mexicana. Both were very good. Salsa is authentic. The margaritas were delish too! Service was excellent! We will be back on our next trip.
