Family of four ate dinner here after a ballgame. Service was very slow. It wasn't very clean. Air conditioning vent dripped on me entire time. Food was very average. We all love Mexican, and none of us were happy with our meal. I would skip it and hit the other Mexican joint down the road.

The food is typical unauthentic Mexican fair. There is always plenty of food served. It would be a good time to update the building and food.

We were staying in Boonville for Memorial Day. We didn't realize that everything in the town shuts down, so we felt lucky to find a restaurant that was still open. La Hacienda hit the spot-- quick service, good food for the price. Chips and salsa were tasty, along with our chicken entrees. Thank you!

For two couples from CA and NM it was nice to find some Mexican food. Great salsa, excellent margaritas, and good fresh food!

Last night, I came in with 16 friends...impromptu get-together. The restaurant is busy however, without hesitation, I was told that our tables would be set up ASAP...and they were. Our waiter was amazing. Immediately, he brought baskets of chips with bowls of salsa for us, took our drink orders which he delivered within minutes. He then took our dinner orders... More

Apparently ownership and management has changed. My last rating was tops but my last visit was disappointing. The caldo pollo, which I feel is a bell weather dish in any Mexican restaurant, has declined to a lack luster affair with a few chunks of chicken and what appears to be a handful of pico de gallo thrown in. The carnitas... More

We eat at La Hacienda about once a month. Food is typical Mexican almost fast food. We have never had bad service at La Hacienda. The place is clean and decorated like a typical Mexican restaurant. Most portions are very large. The margaritas seem to have very little tequila in them.

La Hacienda is a busy place. It has been the only Mexican Food restaurant locally for a very long time until last month (December 2015) when a new one about a half mile away opened. I am from the Southwest and had some of the best Mexican food around so I expected better salsa and food since that is what... More

Ate here multiple times in the past. Last time cockroaches came to join the meal only after we had finished eating. Staff were unconcerned and actually pretended like they didn't understand what we were saying. Being real sarcastic about the whole situation. Never will go back, which should go without saying, and tell anyone who will listen about the experience.

I've eaten at a lot of really good Mexican Restaurants, unfortunately this isn't one of them. The service at lunch time was good but the food lacked any taste. I had 2 Tacos with Refried Beans. The waiter told me to "be careful because the plate was hot". The plate was luke warm just like the food. If you like... More
