I visited this pub when it was run by the most cantankerous, miserable, personality vacuum of a woman I've ever had the misfortune to meet. However, I returned to visit now the new folk are running it... what a change!! Great atmosphere, lovely food and...More

Eating delicious haddock with scrumptious chips etc. seated on their garden-balcony while looking out over an uplifting view of countryside, made a refreshing interlude during our visit to the area.. Our two Grandchildren also enjoyed their meals (including desserts) , and liked being out in...More

Stopped in a group for a quick lunch and we all enjoyed our sandwiches, also great cider. Thanks! As we sat outside we had to pay upfront (or that's what they told us anyway), which is a little unusual but fair I suppose.More
