Who days in a row going at 730am and they weren't open. A full hour after their opening time on here. I'll find a new place.

We visited Strange Brew after a date one Saturday night. It was a bit late, but the staff was so friendly and funny joking with us. The coffee was delicious and there was a private upstairs area that we hung out in away from other customers that was just perfect.

This is the official drink location for all coffee that is drank inside the starkville city limits for twice the focus photography. Ha. Seriously we spend hundreds here a month and we don't even live in this town. Mocha Bianca frapp every time!

Strange Brew is unfortunately cursed by sitting on the busiest intersection in Starkville, surrounded by fast food joints and brutal traffic. It just isn't the kind of place you envision yourself relaxing in. If you're driving through - go for it. Otherwise, head downtown for coffee.

The coffee is very good (try the albino squirrel, frozen) and so are the scones and muffins. This is a popular study spot for many MSU students, so during the regular semester it is usually very busy and there is a general shortage of outlets. I would not recommend studying here though because it is so flipping dark and most... More

I love Strange Brew. As far as Starkville goes, it is the best coffee around. I try something new every visit and have never had anything that I have not liked. Their menu is very helpful and extensive. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

This place is right across the street from the other "Star" coffee house. I really liked their coffees, with better beans than their competitor. Their frappes are awesome! Parking leaves a little to be desired, but worth the effort!

Had tea and breakfast. Most breakfast choices were too sweet for me, but there was one muffin with egg and cheese that wasn't sweet.

Strangebrew Coffeehouse offers an outstanding gormet coffee drinking experience for those who love lattes and other specialty coffees. It has a cozy atmosphere on two levels and, while not large, it attracts those who want to find a quiet place to discuss business one on one, meet with a couple of friends, study, or just relax with a great coffee... Strange Brew Coffeehouse is THE place to go to fulfill your caffeine and pastry/bakery needs when in the Starkville area. They have a wonderful selection of products to choose from, including the famous Albino Squirrel (a must try), seasonal drinks like the Maple Harvest latte (which was FANTASTIC), as well as delicious cookies, scones, and other delights. Furthermore, the Strange... More
