This is a nice little pub. Lots of food choices from fried cheese cubes to the traditional fish and chips. Food was very tasty. The server was very attentive and brought the food out quickly.

We went on St Patty's Day so the place was really busy. I'd be Leary of any Irish Pub that wasn't busy on this holiday. Had the Sheppard's Pie, Fried Green Tomatoes and Broccoli. Wife had the Pie with salad and fried okra. The portions were generous and the food was great. Of course there was a couple of green... More

I first started eating at Dan McGuinness back when they opened downtown in Peabody Place probably 15 years ago or more. They had the best fish and chips I'd ever eaten. It was amazing. Fast forward to today, the only location they have open now is in Southaven. This is closer to me which is good. However, they have been... More

The food is always good and the servers are always friendly and attentive. The fish & chips are excellent, they make their own tartar sauce and it's yummy. The burgers/sandwiches are great too. Even the pizzas are good. Everything I have ever had there has been wonderful. They are the example that other bars in the area should follow. My... More

Small pub nestled in the middle of a small group of stores - gotta know it's there to find it. After several visits my conclusion is that 1) never too crowded, 2) GREAT food, and 3) decent beer selection. Unfortunately, they don't have Smithwick's beer (a must for Irish Pubs....). All the bar keeps and attendents are friendly and fun.... More

We go here randomly since we live close by. Daily specials are good deal ($5 for fish 'n chips!) And beers are $1 off all day before evening. Food can be a little greasy and heavy, but it's bar food and good. Place gets packed with older crowd (still not willing to include myself in that category just yet) when... More

Came here with a coworker for lunch. The service was very slow and our was lunch time. I don't get the non urgency in the south. Anyway my coworker ordered the fish and chips which was very large and looked amazing. I ordered a reuben with a side salad. The salad was a watery mess but the sandwich was awesome.... More

Just started going here in the past 6 months or so. My wife and I usually go on the weekend and get the fish and chips. Nice atmosphere, good food, and good service. Smoking is outside! Thank you!
