Outstanding bakery. Decor was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wide variety of tempting sweet treats. Extremely talented cake decorator! We’ve never seen more beautiful cakes. Very reasonable prices! The pastries we tried were delicious!

I purchased a cake and one dozen strawberries from this bakery. The strawberries were old and had mold on them! I called the bakery and the manager had me to send a picture of the strawberries. Four days later I called because I never received a response from the photos and was told that they only saw mold on one of the strawberries! No apology, nothing to try and correct the situation! And this was Valentine’s Day, which is also my husband’s birthday, which is why I purchased a cake and strawberries. Ruined our celebration dinner dessert! The strawberries were $22/dz I could have easily purchase these for $3 & melted chocolate for another $2. As a business owner, I know that poor customer service will cost you a customer‘ and they just lost me as a customer!

Everuone here thinks Paul's has the best King Cakes. I disagree. I think they are dry and no taste. Guess I am Randazzos all the way. I find Claiborne Hill King Cakes better than Pauls.

i have stopped by here many times over the years. they make a good snacks. the town is crazy about them but to me they are ok and nothing disappointing.

Just had to have some boiled shrimp and crawfish. Hot and delicious. Service was quick too. They now serve potatoes and corn on the side as well

There is a $15 charge for cancellation.. it is no where on the website or receipt. I even called to find out where it said that, and the woman on the phone told me it's not anywhere but the owner said to charge me $15. Not very professional.

Beware of Paul’s Pastry Shop’s false advertising: promising shipped King Cakes for special occasions. Our deceased friend, George loved everything Mardi Gras, so with his wife’s ok I ordered a King Cake for the meal following his funeral, paying extra for Next Day Priority shipping, the total cost was
$80.95. The cake DID NOT arrive until three days after the funeral. What a disappointment! There was NO refund.
