We dine in and order pick up from here more often than I care to admit. The food is always really good, much better than the buffet style places. However since everything is made to order the wait can be a little long. The service is okay, but that is it, it is just okay.

East Wind Chinese & Sushi is located in a strip mall, and contrary to most Chinese restaurants, it does not have a buffet, but it does have very good dining in, takeout and delivery. We usually have delivery once a month. The owners are nice, and make you feel welcome with you dine in.

Food is always good and priced well. Service is always speedy and friendly. Large menu selection and never do I get the "uh, we don't have snow peas today" or whatever menu item veggie that I'm ordering like all other Chinese restaurants do. It does worry me that they never seem to have a busy dining room but my guess is it's everyone's favorite carry-out.

This place had fantastic food when I lived in Olive Branch. I was back in town to visit family and ordered lo mein and fried rice. My daughter told
me they had gone down hill, but I knew what I remembered and placed my order. My daughter spot-on correct….EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Both were severely under-seasoned. The rice was not fully cooked & a bit crunchy; the lo mein noodles were completely mushy.
Rice = undercooked.
Noodles = way, way over cooked. Both = zero seasoning.
Both = inedible.
Both = straight into the trash can.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I ordered the sweet & sour chicken combo to go....requested no onions (I cannot eat them) and paid for extra egg in the fried rice. From the photo attached, there are only a few specks of egg and several bits of onion!!!! I called to let them know that my order was not right. They did not offer to re-do my order....they offered to take money off of my next order. So, I said to the person that I spoke with, I can only get a discount on my next visit for a mistake that YOU made???? Nah, I won't be coming back!!!!!

They always answer the phone. They speak English well and are always helpful. The delivery is never longer than an hour. Cheap prices and large portions. I am glad to have a place like this deliver to my home.

All of my orders have been take out so far but the food has always been exceptional. The service has always been great. They deliver as well.

The best Chinese food in Olive Branch! I have eaten in and gotten carry-out twice in the last month, and each time all the food was fresh, attractively prepared, and absolutely delicious! I've had Sesame Chicken -- I'm picky about my chicken, and this was wonderful; I've had MooGoo Gai Pan, and it was full of flavor, tender and sooo very good; I've had their Chicken Chow Mai Fun, and it was also fresh and delicious. I've had the egg rolls and spring rolls, and I know they are the best in this city. Other Asian restaurants don't even come close to the quality of this restaurant.

Go here all the time. Very fast and fresh! Always get the sesame chocked and cheese wontons. Some of the best Chinese I've ever had. Especially for the price. Very reasonable and portions are big!!

we used to eat there quite often, the food is good service is excellent, but one day I got take out and found flies in my wonton soup. could have just been a single bad experience but I wont go back.

East Wind in Olive Branch is my new go-to for very nice delivery Chinese food when I'm stopping there for the night. The steamed dumplings are great, and the Singapore Chow Mai Fun is excellent. This might not be ultra gourmet, but if you like tasty, plentiful, well-made "standards" of Chinese cuisine, then you'll love this food! I cannot speak about the atmosphere of the restaurant, since I've only ordered for delivery to my hotel room, but I can tell you they were fast and the food was extremely fresh and piping hot. Good place!
