I went by myself for a late lunch. The items were getting a little dried out on the bar, but were still okay. Not the friendliest staff either. I think it will be worth another visit, even though I didn't get a fortune cookie. Everyone deserves a second chance! [Well almost]

Small, quiet, good food.

This is a small Buffett that has good food. It is a gray place to eat and visit with friends or family. The service was ok but not extraordinary. I would go back.

Good food at a good price but no ice cream

A very limited selection but it has all the basics and they are all pretty good. The only thing that I felt was missing was ice cream for desert.

Dried up/lukewarm buffet at 12 pm peak hours …calling health department

Luke warm buffet and dried out at 12 noon their peak hours! Guess business for them is good enough to serve their customers dried up lukewarm food that would immediately shut down this place by the Health Department of Food Safety. It’s dated as well and needs a new fresh upgrade or just fold up shop and close this dump down. If there happens to ever be a next time I’m bringing a thermometer and probe the food and take pictures and have time/date stamps of the buffet food and send it to the Health Department before someone seriously gets sick from potential bacteria growth.

Don't WOK, RUN from this place!

Everything was room temperature or luke-warm at best. Some of the items were dried out. Had to pull 2 plates out to find a clean one. I took one bite off my plate and discovered how cold it was. I'm not eating, or certainly paying for subpar stuff like this. I complained to the manager who tried to tell me that the steam coming from under the trays meant everything was hot and fresh. Are you kidding me? I said I couldn't eat this food, and she had the nerve to try to charge for the full buffet and drink. Neither of which I consumed. Finally paid for the drink I didn't have, and walked out. Never going back.

I've been going there for over 20 years. Your water glass will never go empty. Just the basic stuff,,,,,but done right,,,,and hot. The rice is packed with meat,, the egg rolls are fat,, excellent fried chicken legs,,,no pizza-no French fries-no silly non Asian food. And very affordable.

My husband, son, and I stopped in during our vacation for dinner. It's a small, cozy restaurant with an incredibly friendly staff. We were immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant and our plates were cleared as soon as we finished with them. It's obviously a family run restaurant as a young boy helped us with our drinks and was running the register when we checked out. I love seeing a family with together! The food was delicious and very well prepared. They had all of my favorites. I would certainly visit again!

We wereTraveling through on business . I just didn’t want another burger. Thought this would be a nice change. I was wrong. You seat yourself. No one comes to your table. I had to watch other customers to know what to do. You get your own dishes and utensils. The buffet was mostly cornstarch fried gelatinous muck. You could not distinguish pork from chicken from beef. Scary thought. Half way through my lunch, which I left most of it on my plate, they asked for my drink order. In my book that’s a bit late. If your in Ocean Springs for lunch, get a burger.

This is a simple, pleasantly served, small restaurant, buffet style, with plenty of dishes to sample and take all you want to eat. Start with a choice of soup, and egg rolls as desired. There is grilled type chicken on a stick that is tasty. Every dish presented in maintained hot on the buffer, whatever may be your favorite, you should find here. There may be bigger, or fancier places for Chinese eating, but this place is traditional and good.

We ordered take out our food tasted like disappointment!! The cabbage was bitter and burnt and our other meal the chicken was dry! I called to notify them the rude lady with horrible customer service told me my food wasn't burnt and hung up on me wow!

I am not a fan of buffets, but this is not your normal buffet. The food is fresh and authentic, but perhaps not Chinese. My favorite place for lunch when I want Asian food, and the hot and sour soup ? Yummy !

For some reason their food just tastes better than any other Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten in. The meat dshes aren't to sweet. The buffet isn't as big as at other places but I go for quality over quantity.

Hot and delicious

$6.25 lunch buffet $7.25 dinner buffet It was a cold rainy night and we wanted something for dinner that was NOT fast food. Drove through the little shopping center and saw this place. Went in and everything smelled delicious and saw that the serving trays were steaming with freshly prepared entrees. The hot-sour soup was excellent and I could've made a whole meal of just that soup and their hot 'sugared' donuts! This place was very busy with mainly local people. We were definitely the travelers but we'll be back

Dirty, Gross, Poor Service: AVOID!

I wish I had looked at reviews on other sites before eating here. TA seems to have the only positive reviews (which seems suspicious to me now). AVOID this place at all costs! Had I used the bathroom before eating here, I would have not eaten here at all. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, sticky floor, peeling tiles, random PVC pipes doing who knows what. The liquid handsoap was basically a solid in the dispenser, and there is no way the waitress, who left the bathroom before me, washed her hands, as the sink was dry before I used it. Anyway, on to the food and service. My husband ordered the Ma Po Tofu, a dish that was in the vegetarian section of the menu. When it came it was covered in a beef sauce. When questioned about it, the waitress very confused and we sent it back explaining that we don't eat beef. They made a new dish which came out and looked completely different; the tofu was completely under-cooked, very soft and disgusting. So, my husband sent it back and explained it was undercooked and was not appetizing at all. The waitress and the hostess were very confused and finally came back and offered him a free buffet for dinner. Which he was unsure about but took since my son and I had already been eating. (I should note the food my son and I were eating was mediocre at best. The food on the buffet seems to have a lot of cross-contamination and the people coming from the kitchen that are handling the food are not using safe or healthy food handling practices). Later, a man came in and was eating off the buffet and the waitress and the hostess begin talking to him and seemed to know him. The only phrase we could make out was Ma Po Tofu. They said something about it to him and he sat down and they brought out the original plate of Ma Po Tofu with the beef sauce that they had served my husband which he had a bite of before realizing that it had beef on it. So they were serving plates that have been sent back to the kitchen to their friends in the dining room! Gross! Also, while eating, kitchen workers, still in aprons, would come out and make plates of food from the buffet, one of these men was wearing a tank top, which I'm sure is against wealth regulations. When we went to pay, my husband was charged for his free buffet and the waitress--who had offered him the free meal, denied it! She had offered it to him free and that is the only reason that we even stayed since he was having no luck with getting a decent meal there. We finally just paid for it so we could get out of there and will never ever return. And I will tell everyone I know what it awful disgusting place it is!
