Buffet style with excellent choices. Definitely Southern staple dishes- greens, green beans, other vegetables, plus mac-cheese and cornbread dressing. The dressing was outstanding- neither dry nor wet, just right. The fried chicken was as good as I've heard- though personally I prefer the flavor of...More

My family and I live about 45 minutes away and had never eaten at the old country store/restaurant. After church this past Sunday, I told my family we were heading out of town for lunch. They had no idea where I was going. We pulled...More

We stopped here on a road trip through Mississippi and dinner here remains one of the highlights of our trip. The chicken does live up to its reputation! Plentiful side dishes to choose from. Our dessert choices were peach cobbler and pecan cobbler. The staff...More
