Did a quick Google search was 5 minutes away from the hotel. The atmosphere is really cute. I want to say it's in the downtown area. Sent no more then 30 dollars.

Great food, great prices, great server (Angela), great beer (Southern Pecan) and ambience. I don't even remember what my guest ordered because he ate it so fast. Try the crawfish bread appetizer; it's delicious! Ate here again within two days of the first visit.

Great food. Tried two appetizers, one was shrimp anf grits which was excellent, The other was bread with crawfish type dip also excellent. My son had chicken pasta and I had seafood platter both meals were great. Good selection to choose from on menu. Would return next time I am in town.

We both had the grilled shrimp and seafood stuffing. The food was plentiful and fresh. I loved the honey butter that came with the complimentary bread.

Don't be dissuaded by the less than enthusiastic reviews. We ate at the Lookout and found the service and food excellent. I ordered the Ribeye steak, Onion soup, wedge salad and finished dinner off with a slice of their key lime pie. All were great and our waiter was exceptional. All in all, the food, atmosphere and service exceeded our... More

Out for dinner after a busy day at work and decided on a steak. I got the NY strip and my husband decides to get the Mahi Mahi He thought his portion was a little small but he liked it. I almost ordered a pork chop special and probably will in the future. The strip was cooked to order juicy... More

My first visit to Lookout and an enjoyable lunch was served. Our party ordered a grilled fish entre, a pork chop entre, and 8 oz. filet entre. The food was exactly as we had hoped and the service was good. My only complaint was that everything was served rather quickly. I had not finished my salad before the steak arrived,... More

I went to this restaurant on recommendation from a local. They had a lot of parking so that was really a great start. The location is good as it's just off the busy streets but only a block and it is close to the water. The staff were gracious and helpful, very friendly. What you would think of when thinking... Had the Chicken Florentine which was excellent. Previously had the Shrimp n Grits which was just as good. Many great options available. Something for everyone.

Visiting Gulfport for a family reunion and wanted a place to meet up with my sister and brother in law for some quiet catch up time. Great food, relaxing atmosphere and top notch service!

Description
The after Katrina renovation of the Gulfport Historical District is an architectural gem. This restaurant is located in one of its beautiful old buildings, a prior bank, and the inside is the typical modern conversion: exposed bricks, high ceilings, large windows, smart decor and stylist tableware. The atmosphere is relaxed, spiffy, casual. The menu is extensive (beef/seafood) and interesting. As newcomers, we ordered the Cajun Pasta Supreme w/salad. Good food, great value, but what makes this place outstanding is the dedicated attention to detail - delicious hot bread, piping hot steak fries right from the fryer, a small salad with impeccable presentation with tomato relish and smoked Gouda to boot... Grand. And the service - a courteous, professional young waiter who anticipated our desires (good staff has this ability) and fulfilled them effective and expeditiously. Truly endearing. Places like this make our escapades from New Orleans to the Gulf beaches a true joy. Of course, we'll return
