Staff are all friendly especially the owner’s wife, ordering process was easy, meals served timely for everyone (8 members in our party) 😊 the atmosphere was very lovely & cosy. It was my first time to eat in the restaurant & taste authentic Indian meals...😊 I ordered a mild lamb korma, garlic naan & I was treated with mango lassi by my friend and everything was delicious 😋😋 we all enjoyed our mealsMore

Our family of five went to Ravneels this evening for my birthday dinner, and so glad we chose this little restaurant. The meals were all beautiful, ranging from Mango Chicken, and Lamb Rogan Josh, Vindaloo, Korma, garlic naan and rice. The owner was so lovely and...very passionate when telling us about each dish, and the flavours did not disappoint. The service was outstanding and they kindly allowed us to serve our birthday cake we brought with us. My husband is an Indian food lover and even he was very impressed. Ordered extra hot Vindaloo and although the rest of us ordered mild with a little extra, each was perfect to our tastebuds. Reasonably priced and food was delicious. We will be back no doubt :)More

From my first meal at this brilliant family-run restaurant nearly 4 months ago, I couldn't stay away! They offer great service, brilliant meals at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exotic meal all freshly hand made and...cooked by the chef/owners. I have had a wide range of entrees, curries, naans and deserts here that have all been absolutely flawless.More

Food is tasty enough but apparently 2 forks worth of meat in a curry is meant to be acceptable. "Main meal" was a soup, not a curry. No veg, barely any mean and all sauce. Beyond dissapointed for the price and then when I tried...to calmly discuss this with the staff I was literally screamed at and told I was lying. Told I was just trying to get a refund. Rudest customer service of my life. As a chef, I would hand out a written warning if a staff member served what we recieved. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand that goat can be an expensive meat but if you're going to call it a main meal then put enough food in it to class it as a main meal and price it accordingly. Don't wack a $20 price tag on it and expect customers to be full from 2 spoons of food. And DON'T tell at customers when they try to talk to you about their disappointment.More

You ordered through menulog. Then you called up saying that you had 3 pieces of goat in your goat curry, which is an absolute lie. We do a ratio of 50 to 60% meat in all our non veg curries.Goat is premium tender loin fillets and...More

We re-visited for a much needed curry. We ordered a chicken tikka entree followed by a hot chicken vindaloo and a chicken curry, together with rice, naan bread and a raita accompaniment. All food was prepared to perfection and tasted very good. I highly recommend...this family rum establishment. The service is outstanding.More

We had delivery from Ravneels and bought the couples pack. The curry was really tasty and plenty of meat. The garlic and cheese breads were very tasty although not quite what I expected. Onion bhaji was really delicious. Note that we found even the mild...quite spicy.More

The lady who served me was polite and very helpful in choosing how hot I would like the curry. The level of spice was perfect but the actual butter and Korma sauces were amazing I have never tasted sauces so divine. The chicken was tender...with no fat or gristle and plenty of it. The meal was amazing and the best Indian food I have had in Australia, the service was above standard and I will return each time I visit Brisbane. Thank you FionaMore

Very small eatery. Friendly, helpful proprietor. We have been to India several times; Ravneel's is the closest we've had to 'Genuine' Indian cuisine. The majority of Indian eateries, in this area, have "dumbed down" to European tongues. Upon explaining to the owner our disappointment in...flavours and spices (NOT HOT) just genuine flavour, we were supplied with a meal with "mild seasoning" and, for me, an highly seasoned dish. At last ONE eatery in Burpengary we'll return too!More

Ordered butter chicken and naan bread. Butter chicken was underwhelming - lacked any flavour?? Garlic naan bread was okay, generous with the garlic. Website experience was good. Owners didn’t like this feedback and were extremely rude and belittling towards me even though I was being...as polite as possible. Was even more disappointing than the food. I was confused as to why my experience with the food was so disappointing compared to everyone else’s and was willing to give it a second chance. However, after my experience with the owners I will be avoiding this restaurant at all costs and will never recommend to anyone. I have never had this kind of experience with a restaurant before or from any business that interacts with customers. To be so disrespected just for having a bad experience, is unbelievable.More
