I'd been lamenting the loss of "The Pharmacy," as I knew the old pharmacy/restaurant from a previous visit many years ago. After spending an entire month passing this place on Pass Road (I keep an eye out for local spots), I finally stopped by just two nights before leaving. The irony of finding out that Port City Cafe on Pass... More

I get the sense that this restaurant just recently opened however I believe they have a great combination of fast service with individually prepared dishes. I had the shrimp po boy and fried okra both were excellent but more than I could finish I will definitely come back Although they have Wi-Fi it was almost non functional.

Two of us split a shrimp poboy for lunch and it was more than enough for two! Came with a generous side of fries and definitely hit the spot. Our waitress (Barb) was very helpful and full of good suggestions. Excellent service, we will be back.

We ate late lunch. I had the Phillycheese steak, excellent, just as the staff suggested. Husband got the chicken fried steak, one of those pre made warm up kind. He said it was "ok.". Tea was very good (yes, some places have tea that is not good). He did enjoy the chocolate cake that came with his lunch as a... More

Recently moved back to Biloxi and was looking for a close breakfast joint when we happened upon Port City Café. Enjoyed a couple of breakfasts which were OK but not exceptional. McElroy's in Ocean Springs remains #1 for breakfast! Anyhow, good service, reasonably priced but "munchkin", store bought biscuits were disappointing and the greasy front glass door was a BIG... We love this place! It's a must do for family breakfast. Shrimp & grits are great! Kids love the pancakes! You have to try their beignets!

I've always heard good things about their lunch so we decided to try their breakfast on Sunday after church... just don't do it. Their menu is limited and very tired. If I felt like waiting 1 hour+ to eat a BLT (my husband ordered an omelet) then I could have gone to the grocery store & made one myself in... More

When I visit home(Biloxi, Port City, on Pass Road is a meeting place for breakfast and coffee for me and my 3 best friends. They don't mind if we sit for hours, they keep our coffee fresh, the server never minds bringing us a brand new cup if we are there for a long visit, and sometimes we're still there... More
