This place is ok but nothing special when it comes to Mexican food. They have several locations in the area so it's pretty obvious it is a popular place but I have developed a taste for more traditional Mexican food with a bit more kick to it.

This is one of our favorite Mexican resturants. The service is fast and the food is always good. My son loves this place.

On the board they advertised a price for a product they sold. When we attempted to order it the waitress rudely stated it was not available. Go where they honor what the advertise.

My husband and I had almost despaired of finding good Mexican food on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, then we happened int El Rancho. Oh, my! Superb chile rellenos (my husband's benchmark for Mexican restaurants), chorizo/queso dip that is the perfect balance of both. The tacos are the stars! Lengua that is melt-in-your mouth tender, beautiful pork al pastor and succulent... More

We shared a beef nacho (with onions) and a beef burrito combination meal (with beans and rice). The beef nachos was a large portion with lots of meat and onions on it. The beef burrito was average (could have used more meat in it). Unfortunately I did not think either meal had much taste, especially in the form of any... More

..and huge portions. I believe it is the reason people look a bit bigger here. I ate like a pig, but couldn't help myself. For 3 kids and me I paid around 50. It brings best memories abot delicious Mexican food. Huge portions - it doesn't mean they're not great. It is not posh and fancy. It is great place

The food was good, but not great. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. They left the shells on the tip of each shrimp. This meant I had to do extra work to peel the shrimp before I could eat them. The food was good. I'm assuming the shrimp was fresh from the gulf. I also had a frozen Margarita and a... More

We were pleasantly pleased with our experience here! We had shrimp fajitas for 2 and there were plenty of shrimp on the plate [WOW]. Perhaps, cooked a little more than we would like, but VERY TASTY! Everything was good, the tomatoes, onions and peppers. The service was very good and the prices were very reasonable. We would go back and... More

Just left this place, we arrived at 730 on a Saturday night. Not very busy at all. Service was a bit slow. When our waitress finally arrived, she was very nice & apologetic. Said the host didn't tell her we had been seated. Food arrived pretty darn fast. The next time we saw our waitress was when we were done... More
