We were seated promptly. However we sat for 20 minutes without any contact from a wait staff although 3 or 4 walked past us several times. I finally had to ask if anyone was assigned to our table. The response was that they'd get someone...where upon one of the 4 that had been walking past us took our order. The food was good but the poor service ruined the lunch.More

My husband and I tried Signatures for the first time last night. Our server did not come back to check on us. We had to keep asking the other server to assist us. My husband ordered the prime rib sandwich and I ordered the three...cheese ravioli. The FF's with the sandwich were the only thing that were temperature hot. I sent back my (4) small raviloi. At 8$ each they were cold as well as the vegetables. Service, poor!More

Great view, wonderful food. Wait staff ('Nelson') was excellent. Chicken pot pie was a great choice. Prices were more reasonable than I expected. My friend has Celiac disease, and they were VERY knowledgeable of gluten free items and preparation.

Recently Signatures Restaurant and The Grill combined to offer the same menu, no matter which side of the building you are seated. We sat on The Grill side, and had an excellent burger and fries, and chicken strips meal. We came for the New Year's Eve dinner and were not disappointed. This is an excellent restaurant. Here are some highlights: * We came a bit early and were at the bar. The cosmopolitan and the white wine pour were well done and generous. My...glass of wine lasted me through dinner. * We informed our server that we were in a bit of a rush to make a movie and we were served promptly, but not rushed. (Thanks, Hailey,). * My wife had the garden salad and I had the wedge salad - both were fresh and generously portioned. * My wife had the ravioli and I had the prime rib. Both of us had some substitution requests based on our diet and they were fulfilled well. Both dishes were excellent, generous, and well presented. * We finished off with the Irish cheesecake and it was enough for the two of us to share. Very tasty. All in all, this is not the cheapest restaurant around - but for fine dining, it's an excellent value. When you pay this much for dinner and two drinks (about 100 bucks), you expect a lot. They fulfilled on the promise. TIP: Go early for dinner or stay after to look at all the autographed memorabilia (hence, the name of the place). It's quite stunning.More

We ate there so we could watch a football game. Great service from a friendly staff, great food and drinks, very fair prices. We would definitely go back there again!

We had a reservation and after sitting down we waited 20 minutes to be served. When finally receiving our meals, they were cold and the quality was so bad. We asked for the manager and what he could do about it, he said it wasn’t...his fault. I asked for at least a partial refund he told us that we needed to leave. It was a hot day, but we stayed cool in the shade on the patio surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pot pie was so very delicious and the raspberry salad was excellent as well! Fast and excellent service.

Had dinner tonight with a group at Signatures Grill and had issues with my drink order. The manager was super rude and does not have the customer in mind. I have been going to Signatures for years and will not be back.
