We took a 1 1/2 hour drive from the Twin Cities to eat wood fired pizza on the farm. Don't forget your chairs, beverages, dessert, plates and silverware. Bring a bag for trash. Plan to spend some time and don't be in a hurry for...your food. They had a band and it was nice to listen to them! You can play some lawn games, take a walk or see the donkeys and goats. Your kids will love it here! The pizza was $25 for a 16 inch. It was tasty!More

Early September granted perfect weather for very casual and affordable gathering. It's all about the pizza and an outdoor setting . Pizza was great , but I admit to liking almost all pizza . Green theme by owners encourages most diners to bring your own...plates , utensils, and beverages and to pack out what you bring in . We work outdoors most days, but still appreciate the beautiful hobby farmyard setting .More

It was OK, but it certainly wasn't anything special. If you like eating outside, it might be better, but it took a long time to get the pizza and it wasn't that busy. When we did get the pizza, well, it was nothing to rave...about. I will never go back. It was far too expensive for what it was.More

I went here for an event this summer. I tried a pizza with prosciutto on it & the pizza was wonderful. I was there when The Last Revel was playing & they are now my new favorite MN band. The pizza is pricey (about $25...a pizza) but the ingredients are great & the vision of the farm is great. This place would be a great date night or night out with friends. I believe it is open Thursdays & Sundays, but is closed for the season as of November 1, 2016.More

We visited the pizza farm upon the recommendation of our daughter and Steven. The Pizza Farm hosted a mini Art and Music Festival the last weekend of July. I am glad we visited on Sunday which was smaller then the Saturday version. We enjoyed listening...to the music of a New Ulm musician named Ian Kimmel from 4-7pm. We Enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere with its music. The farm offered a promising trail into what became a mosquito laden woods. Yuck, very itchy afterwards. The eating grounds offered a bug free dining experience with picturesque views of family gatherings of babies, couples etc. The pizza was baked in what I presume was a wood fire grill and was one of my favorite pizza eating experience. We ate the Pig + Pork : Red sauce, spicy sausage, pepperoni, green olives, shredded mozzarella. I learned afterward that this was a clean farm and you take your garbage with you. This is not inconvenient as you have the box to take any uneaten pizza home to enjoy. And the fact you can bring in your own food to consume such as watermelon, chips etc. Be sure to bring your drinks with you, though I believe you can purchase them on-site.More

My wife & I have started touring pizza farms. This place is north of Waseca. We chose a perfect day to go there We tried a pizza called Sweet Georgia Pie. (I think that it is a recent addition to their menu.) In includes prosciutto...and honey; it has an oil base. The crust was excellent! The pie was a tad too sweet for my taste; but if you gave me one right now I would dive in!. The place is very clean and very well run. The grounds are well kept. There are two alpacas and a goat for interested kids (and adults) to look at. Plenty of room to run for kids. There is a nice trail going into a grove nearby. They let us use a lawn umbrella so we didn't have to sit in the sun. If you check out their web site you will see that their is very little shade available; I will try to add a picture later. This is a marked contrast to other pizza farms we have visited. We talked with the owners, Emily & Bill, a bit. Very nice people. I think that a person in a wheelchair could manage but the surfaces are a little rough.More

I had never been to this venue before but a friend of mine and myself decided to come over and see what it's all about. It was a great experience and the venue is perfect. Bring your own seating, beer and food. They do serve...pizza (which we did not try but will next time because it looked really good). I can't wait until the next gathering!More
