We stopped here to check out the place that was in the Grumpy Old Men Movie! We took some pictures and had the appetizer combo with Onion Rings, Cheese Curds and Jalapeño Poppers! It came with a great tasting ranch dip and a raspberry dipping sauce that was great! Everything tasted great! There is even a gift shop and lots... More

Slippery's is under new management and continues to be a great place. Curt is adding his own touch to it now and has great ideas. Slippery's is Wabasha at its best. Great food, great view, great service and a taste of Grumpy Old Men. We are never disappointed when we visit.

Nice bar with nice people! Good food! In the back they have a pool table, dart boards and a jukebox to keep you entertained.

We ate here twice during a family reunion visit to Wabasha. Some of us had good food, some of us had average or worse food. The walleye pike dinner with baked potato was very good, but stay away from the jambalaya. You will do better with burgers, steak and prime rib than with the more exotic options. Service is good.... Popular place in the Summer for boaters and visitors to the Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN. Mid range prices with outdoor eating areas in the summer.

This is a fun restaurant on the river and I thought it was reasonably priced. On a warm autumn day I was able to enjoy lunch outside which provided a great view. It was busy and seemed understaffed which probably explained the slightly crabby waitstaff.

We have been to Slipperys time and time again when visiting Wabasha. First few experiences were cool, as the entire theme is based on our favorite movie, Grumpy Old Men. However, after the glamour of the theme wore off of us, we noticed the food was high priced for the value, and the service was less than desirable. The 2nd... More

You can tell a place is good when you still have a wait list at 1:30 in the afternoon. We bellied up to the bar so we didn't have to wait. The peel and eat shrimp were cooked perfectly and split down the back for easy peeling! The catfish fingers were also really well cooked and seasoned. Their specialty potatoes... More

The place is river front and bridge front, food prices were good, but my catfish sandwich was raw. They gave me a new sandwich but because of this I'm rating them 3. Overall good atmosphere.

The service was excellent and the food was to die for! I had my Autistic child with me and the staff went out of their way to cater to her! A fabulous experience!
