The roast beef is made in house. It’s delicious and made in a way my wife (with food allergies ) can have it and the potatoes. To go along with that, the pie is incredible. The Carmel apple pecan pie is one of the best...I’ve had anywhere.More

Rustic Inn has the best Rhubarb pie I have ever tasted. The last time we were in Duluth I called to see if they had any and they said they just took one out of the oven. I am surprised I didn't get a speeding...ticket on my way to get it. So good.More

Have a mixed review with this place. The north woods pie was amazing and they have really good French fries as they still taste good when cold. However my wife ordered the fish tacos and got a fish burrito instead. Tasted good once she got...rid of the tortilla. My corn beef like sandwich was very small with very little between the bun besides. So pass on the meals and get a slice of pie to go and avoid he wait!More

Had excellent ham/potato soup with excellent honey wheat bread followed by excellent cherry pie. They are doing a very good job of maintaining distance of patrons for health safety. Service was excellent. Pricing typical of Two Harbors tourist area.

This place was highly recommended so we went there for lunch celebrating our 30th anniversary and it did not disappoint. My husband had ribs that were literally falling off the bone. I had a turkey sandwich on cranberry bread with cranberry mustard that was very...tasty. I also a cup of their wild rice soup that was to die for. The combo came with pie so I had a slice of the 5 layer chocolate which was great. We actually tried to go again a couple of days later but there was an hour wait got a table so sadly we moved on.More

My friend purchased a slice of pie from them and they charged her $80 and will not refund it. Claimed the charge would go away but it hasn’t, months later. Scam artists, robbed my friend!!! I called for her and they said they’d call back...and I never heard from them. Terrible service terrible place.More

This has become one of our favorite restaurants in Minnesota and for sure a stop on our way to/from the North Shore. It is less known and less busier than the nearby Betty's Pies, not to mention food is so much better. And the pies...are so delicious made fresh daily. We have visited The Rustic Inn a few times and this recent visit was another incredible one even with COVID. They do a great job with distancing and cleaning protocols. The turkey sandwich with the most delicious cranberry bread and the meatloaf are our favorite meals. The five layer chocolate pie is our #1 favorite and they have so many good choices.More

We stopped by here on the way to our hotel after touring all day. There was a little wait, but only a few minutes for the two of us. Another larger family of 7 had to wait for about 1/2 hour for a table. Our...waitress was friendly and our food was served in a timely manner. My husband had the meatloaf and I had the pot roast. The pot roast meal was very good. My husband said his wild rice meatloaf was okay, but not outstanding. We both ordered pie to go and thought that was pretty tasty. We'd stop again if we were in the area.More

The group would easily fit in the restaurant but it would probably be helpful to make sure the restaurant knows you are coming in advance and it probably would be great if you didn't pick a peak time of day.
