Every time I visit this location they are always out of my bread, and it's during dinner rush. I was going to dine there today, I walked in no one acknowledged me standing there. Slow at making the sandwiches. More eager to collect money from an order that wasn't even completed than helping the next people in line

We ordered three subs right off the menu. Only one was correct. The cold cut combo only had a little bologna, no other cold cuts. Where’s the combo? I ordered it on Italian herb. She made it with plain Italian. Also ordered the garlic steak and provolone. There was NO PROVOLONE or anything else in subways description of the sandwich. I had to ask for the garlic. She was going to put chipotle on it. She knew nothing about the menu. Two people were working, very unfriendly. They wore NO GLOVES while preparing the sandwiches. We were wearing masks ourselves. They took no precautions. I will never go back again.

Order a sandwich on the app. App said 20 minutes and it took 45. One person came in to place a walk in order and after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged by the staff at all he walked out.

I'm about to file a police report for the theft of my money and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On Wednesday 10/26/22, from Subway Store# 21209-0, in Shakopee MN, I ordered a 6" Turkey sandwich with Provolone Cheese, lettuce, Spinach, Green Pepper, Block Olives, Onions, & Mayonnaise. What I ended up with was everything I asked for AS WELL AS TOMATOES, BANANNA PEPPERS AND SWEET ONION TERIYAKI GLAZE! I tried to go back to the store two hours later, with my receipt and ruined sandwich in hand that I have not yet eaten but there was only one associate in the entire store and six customers waiting in line to be helped. I went back to the store that night and was told that only a manager could give me a new sandwich or give me my money back (all I wanted was a new sandwich done correctly). I went back yesterday, a day later, and was told the Manager would be in the store today (Friday) from 11-2. So, I went to the store this morning at 11:30am (mind you, this is my FOURTH attempt back to this store to get my sandwich done right) and was told that the Manager had to go to a meeting!!!!!! I think what i find the most appalling is the statement at the bottom of my receipt that reads: "If it's not right, I'll make it right. Leeann Doyen 9524020160." Here's my problem with that - first, the manager has to actually be in the store or the associates will do nothing about their mistake. Second, when trying to call the store, the phone rings once, then there's a click, then the line goes dead. Third, trying to actually catch this Manager actually working in the store is like trying to win the lottery - I have better odds of actually winning the lottery. I have NEVER been to a restaurant that serves food be completely unwilling to correct a food order not done correctly, especially when I had the ruined product and receipt in hand. This is completely unacceptable. Please note that this store is receiving many, many negative complaints on Google - does Corporate actually give a damn that there's a Subway store out there that's this terrible to its customers? They're representing the Subway brand and they're doing a VERY, VERY POOR job of it! Right now on Google, the average of all of the google reviews for this store is 2.6 out of 5 stars. Come on Subway, you REALLY need to do something about this store and its LOWSY Manager Leeann Doyen!

Not sure what the background story was of the two employees working, but they seemed agitated and annoyed that I was there. I've never come so close to just walking out before my order was done but for all I know they were having the worst day ever and I didnt want to make it worse. However as a customer it was very uncomfortable.

Ordered a kids sub and got a 2 inch sub. No kidding. Then the gal checking us out did NOT wash her hands between handling money and making sandwiches. (She did put gloves on, but still should've washed hands!) Really wondering why I still purchased the meal - it was late and we were VERY hungry. Then had to ask twice for my cookie (could've skipped it, it was hard and seemed days old). Husband got a meatball sub and it was burnt to a crisp. It was terrible. We now have decided we should've walked away when we were getting our sandwiches made. We will not return. I usually don't give low ratings, check my other reviews - it was bad!

Often dined here, one of the shops gave my husband only 4 slices of roast beef on a 12 inch sub but management took care of it and gave us complementary cards for future dining. Mostly great selection of fresh fast food and clean facilities.
