My young grandson and I had a date night. Everyone else in the family had their own agenda. The food is always good and fresh. This time the service was a little slow but that was alright. For his first time he ordered from the adult menu and I ordered from the kids menu. He told me it was the best meal he ever had eating out. He ordered for himself when the waitperson came. And he ate every bite except when it got to the hamburger ---we traded my small one for his big one. Strawberry lemonade--yummy We had a great time.

It's a Applebees, food is always just decent, nothing great , service is mediocre. One thing is they always seem to make one mistake, every visit. If it's not giving me all my take out items, it's not charging me correctly, to over done steak..... in a pinch sure is go, but not something i'd choose to eat.

Great service. Clean welcoming atmosphere. There were menu items for everyone’s tastes. They were reasonably priced. Great value!

When we first walked in and spoke to the hostess she wrote my name down but didn’t tell
me how long it would be. There weren’t too many people waiting so I just stepped aside. The first thing I noticed was a bad smell coming from somewhere which was a little off putting. After a few minutes we were seated and we started playing trivia on the tablet at the table. That was fun until the battery died. That was ok because at that point we thought the food would be there soon. A full hour went by and no food. Other people around us that had come in 30 minutes after us were getting their food. Finally they brought 2 of our 3 meals. They made the excuse of a staff shortage. That may be true but if you don’t have enough people to provide a better guest experience than that, you should just close the doors. We won’t be back.

The last 2 times we came to Applebee's in shakopee ( 2 times within 2 weeks) I had found a hair in my food. Second time talked to manager and he wasnt the nicest about it. Blaming everybody else for the hair. We won't be coming back here.

Every single time, they forget something! Something seriously crucial to the meal. They won’t follow up with the complaints either.

Three of us met for dinner here on a Friday evening and had a wonderful experience. Really good food. And the SERVICE was spectacular! Thank you Applebee's waitstaff for being so friendly and accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

Their happy hour appetizers are a great deal! Our favorite was the chicken won ton tacos. Tom did a great job taking care of us.

Service is always good, the food is good. The front door staff are always very thoughtful. I bring my elderly mom in for lunch and they always open the doors open for us when they see us walking up to the door. This last time we were at the restaurant there was a server with several colors in her hair and it was styled very strange and she was wearing a bandana. It didn’t seem like a good look for a server. The drinks are generally good, this time the margarita was not good, seemed very watered down and not good. Will be back since the food and service are always good.

If you’ve ever been to an Applebee’s, you know what you know what you’re getting in to. When I went, the staff was friendly and competent. The food was good, and the price was what I expected.

Went here with my friends for dinner. Dasha K. Was our server and did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. All beverages and good brought to us quickly with no issues. Well worth a visit if you're in the area!!

It was pretty bad. The food was just fine. The atmosphere was that of a hastily strewn together shack with random crap gues to the walls. I do not recommend it.

I don't believe I paid so much for mac and cheese and few popcorn shrimp on top.. nice pictures on the menu, but terrible food. over priced everything. atmosphere OK service friendly.

ordered a steak and shrimp....fair...steak had very little flavor
shrimp were ok
girlfriend had steak and appetizer ..the best part of the meal was the appetizer
she had 2 margaritas... I had a crown royal..102.00....for dinner at applebees...you can do better
